I bought my Gunrunning bunker yesterday and I think I already regret it. As a solo player, am I going to be able to do everything such as drive the truck around and make the cool custom weapons and vehicles? If I play solo, what good is it gonna be?

So it looks like I basicially just spent 2m on another Coke business, except with gun sales instead of drug sales.

At least I have new missions for the gunrunning instead of doing the coke supply missions for probably the thousandth time. That's a plus, for sure. Until I get bored with those too. Then what?

As a solo player, should I waste another 2m+ on the Mobile Operations Center? And why? Does it even do anything if I always play in a solo lobby?

And OMG... the cost of all this - there goes all the cash I worked so hard to earn (via warehouse crates and vehicle warehouse sales). I guess that's not such a big deal, I'll just earn it back (by grinding for days on end, oh joy).

You need the MOC (with weapon and vehicle workshop upgrade) to fit all the weaponised vehicle upgrades that you have unlocked via randomly-selected research (fed with supplies). Aside from that, yes, you have basically bought another Coke business. If you'd bought it sooner you could have had a week of double cash from sales.

GTAO having discounts with half price only on pc, already can see more modded/cheated accounts flooding into a game...

Not only are the NPCs being moronic to each other:

But now I have to contend with f*cking ghost bikes going after I/E cars?

Stop whinging. Buy one load of supplies then sell. 1 vehicle = easily soloable. 135K semi-passive profit. If you think I'm wrong talk to my 15 milion in bunker sales. Oh and that's after researching all of the blasted unlocks.

My B&M is...last night, for the first time in a long time, I tried to do my own heist.

'Tried' being the key word. I decided I would go through, pretty much, from the beginning, or at least prison break. First I'm sat in the lobby for maybe 15 mins before I get 3 other players. I should mention that all but 1 of the people on my friends list, who played GTA, stopped playing when GR released. Anyway, We get to the outfit screen, and they drop out.

I try again. And again I'm waiting ages to get the players, all 3 are below level 50, but I thought, well its a setup & it'll give me a chance to see how they perform without the stakes being high. We set off to hijack the plane, the others decide to take their own cars & even though they are driving sports and super cars, I beat them there in my armored kuruma because they sucked at driving & couldn't handle their cars.

So I get started killing the gang members & we have killed a few dozen when everything stops...two of the others quit

I've no idea what was going on, maybe its because it was a setup mission & they wouldn't be getting big bucks for it. Maybe they thought that the grunt work of actually setting up a heist was too menial for a level 19 and level 34

They just expect to drop into finale's without doing any setup work? If that is the mindset of some players, I don't get it, you would have to be pretty desperate to take new low level players on a finale without having seen how they handle themselves in set ups. And they were new players, I asked.

There were a few other attempts that went like the above two. I might try again tonight, but that's the sort of stuff that put me off heists ages ago.

what is it with getting kicked from a session for pretty much no reason?

today i was doing supply runs for my bunker, i did kill a few players, it was a mix of kill or be killed and a bit of mischief.

the last one was when i killed two players in same org and i think crew.

the 1st one i got a warning and i was wtf?

c1de4ea5-2418-4cd7-9504-67b90cf52326.PNG

and the 2nd was basically "why was i kicked"?

there was only 3 other players in the lobby not including myself.

I can beat that. Last night I got kicked from the session before I'd even finished spawning in. (I think they must have been using some kind of auto-kick script to keep the session to themselves).

It's not whining, it's just facts... the Bunker cost me 2.4m (granted I bought the most expensive one but experience has shown me that its better to spend the money up front and suffer a short amount of pain, versus being a cheapskate and buying the cheapo Rt 68 bunker and regretting it until the end of time)... then the Mobile Op Center will cost me another 2.5m roughly, with the upgrades to the bays. So there's 5m. Then I have no idea what it's gonna cost me after all of that (I only have 4m but I do have 90 crates in my 111-crate warehouse so there's another 2m soon)...

Basically Gunrunning is gonna wipe out my entire bankroll... so as a result, I've re-started my Coke operation again (since I need the income), and now I'm gonna be real busy between it all... I guess that money wasn;'t doing any good sitting in my Maze Bank Account anyways. I hope I enjoy this Gunrunning, I wasn't even gonna bother with it but I finally broke down and just said to myself "What the F, just buy the stupid thing". LOL

You bought the most expensive one and now you're bitching? If you'd bothered to read the "best bunker" thread you'd have seen that there are several much cheaper ones that are equally good, if not better. Anyway, what experience are you talking about? The best offices, yachts, apartments (helis, planes, cars...) have traditionally been the ones lower down the price list.

Let me guess, you left your console on over night for research and priduction?

By the way, i got 150k for one full set of supplys and that was with double money.

Why didn't you have Coke already running? I personally run Coke, Meth and Cash, bunker with a car or two sprinkled in between and easily make back the 3-5 Mil I drop on stupid stuff.

What people don't understand is you aren't going to make your money back on any business overnight, but you will definitely make it back in a very short time and profit with just a little work and time. Sure you'll have a little less time to go around killing other people but then again, there's at least a dozen other titles that reward you for killing other players.

Then you're doing something wrong. Are you upgraded? If not do it. Forget shiny cars, those don't make you money to buy more shiny things. Invest in things that make you money. With this double money thing going on I make 345K profit per 75K supply purchase. As for the AFK thing, didn't even know about it until my last 4-5 unlocks. I just worked other businesses and stole cars between supply runs.

Autoaim should be just completely removed. What is so fun about pressing a button and automatically locking on to an enemy? I'd really want to play freeaim but too bad that I really can't because 99% of the players play autoaim so good f*cking luck trying to find other players for heists and such in freeaim. And f*ck being stuck in a loading screen. And f*ck the oversensitive curse filter in the game. The game has been out for four f*cking years now and they still haven't fixed the glitch where you send someone a text message saying "hi!" and the game gets stuck "checking your message for profanity"

Edit: and how did someone kill me with a single sniper shot when he didn't have BST or explosive rounds and I had full health and I'm rank 303 and I had a bulletproof helmet?

I like how they put "also includes GTA:O Gunrunning"

Should I think that I won't get that after the dicount is no longer available?

Should I think that Gunrunning is some new online mode?

Should I think that it's the only (or the best) DLC that was released?

Or should I think that all the items from Gunrunning DLC will be "unlocked" for me right away? And I don't have to purchase the shark cards?

This Ad has such a scammy taste IMO :D

IE bug. This is the third time its happened. I go to sell a car, when I click the type of sale I want, the screen fades out for a second & then the buyers/sale page comes back on & the cursor is frozen. You need to hit start to bring up your map & then back out of that to get off the computer.

Anyone else had this happen??

Because it glitches out.

I started Coke back up today, did one Supply Mission. Returned just now and see I have one bar of Product which is perfect for solo, and I click on "Sell Stock". However once I'm outside, NOTHING HAPPENS. No bikes lined up for delivery, no garbage trucks - nothing. So I go back inside and check the computer. Now my Product only has 1/2 of one bar, and "Sell Stock" price is half of what it was just a few seconds ago.

Do you now understand why I shut down the Coke Business? It is the absolute worst jumble of NONWORKING code I've been forced to put up with since... well, since Skyrim and Bethesda, quite honestly. Horrid bugs. Inexcusible.

I'm shutting down Coke again, and most likely I wasted all my money on Gunrunning and won't bother grinding sale after sale. This crap just frosts me to no end. Total utter waste of time... BUT NOT MONEY... CAUSE I NEVER PAID ROCKSTAR FOR THEIR STUPID SHARK CARDS AND NEVER WILL. It's bad enough I gave em my 60 bucks for the game in the first place, but I honestly don't regret that really since I did get a lot of entertainment. But repetition and BUGS is not entertaining.

It's why I don't bother doing shootout Adversary modes that much because most people do that
