Why does every lvl 50 and below think it's my job to give them a ride to the mission objective ? Or better yet, the ones that think I am dumb enough to let them drive it? The game gives you a car....

Maybe they didn't have a car out, maybe they liked your car more, maybe your car was faster, maybe they're not a very good driver, or maybe, just maybe, they simply didn't know you were an antisocial asshole who would lose nothing from having another body in the car.

 

yeah, guy. I had this happen once and came to cry about it......ffs. I post about it and you pass judgment that I am an "antisocial asshole" ? Kudos to you, tho. Four years of playing this game and enduring the community as a whole has made me a jaded, antisocial, asshole. I only invite randoms to do missions because R* encourages me to do so for extra money. In my experience randoms are there to troll or mess things up out of ignorance.

^ of course, they went with outdated peer to peer servers so "cheating" is very easy to do. A lot of issues exist because they went with the cheap route.

To be honest I'm a way higher level and sometimes I am to drunk to drive or just need to do something. I always say thanks for the ride though. Unless you white walled a super or some other shenanigans.

Polar opposite for me. I'd rather have a player with me in the car as I drive because god knows the average GTAO player can't drive worth a damn and it'd take them ten minutes to drive one mile. I'd rather have some backup when facing hordes of enemies... up until the point the other player is riddled with bullets.

Here are some short horror stories that happened to me in the span of 30min

 

>start a sourcing mission

- Car's doing laps around a circut, easy

- Asshole damages the car too much, figured not worth the effort, fuсk it

- Sticky Bomb > blow it up

- Accidentally blow up my Tempesta, call mors, 16k Insurance. Fml.

 

> start a sourcing mission

Photoshoot in the desert. Npcs are gonna come after me

- took the car, NPCs spawned

- got the buzzard, they sniped me from their helicopter, buzzard fell on top of the car

- 15k repair damage fuсk it x2

 

> start a sourcing mission

- Car belongs to a warlord, stealth-kill the guards, get the key and drive off without any problems, easy

- while aiming, nudged the right stick a bit and switched targets

- Alerted the guards, backup is gonna arrive and probably make it harder for me

- fuсk it x3

 

Sometimes this game can seriously make you consider seeking professional help

Stealing a car.

 

Getting shot at by ninja terminators who can't seem to miss. I can't lock on to them.

 

They smash my car into the group of npc cars that for some reason just decided to stop in the middle of the road.

 

I get out and get away from the car. Npcs decide to reverse and drive my car into a wall over and over. Enemies decide to position themselves between car and me, ensuring maximum damage to the car they are supposed to be getting back.

 

This all takes under ten seconds. Damage to car in that time, 34k.

 

By the time I fight everyone off and get back to the car, damage is off the scale. I blow up the car in anger.

 

Rockstar, as I have said a hundred times, learn the difference between a challenge and f*cking infuriatingly unfair and stupid gameplay.

Anyone else remember when Rockstar removed the hidden packages in gta v singleplayer back in 2013 like 2 weeks after the game came out?

You would swim in the ocean and pick up the one near fort zancudo that gave you $25,000 than you would switch to another character and back and the it would be back again. So not only did they not fix that method, they removed all of them instead. If we can't fix it, remove it completely. #RockstarGames

 

Remember when your mechanic actually delivered your cars to you? I remember that the mechanic would drive by you sometimes and not give you your car or he would drive away sometimes. Instead of fixing the ai to be smarter and give your car correctly, they completely removed that and have had your personal cars spawn a bit down the road from you ever since.

 

Remember when the fun gate glitch was a thing? I remember someone would be against the fence and when you drove into it you would go flying at insane speeds like the swingset glitch in gta iv. Remember when the said they were not going to fix harmless glitches? Than they removed the gate glitch. How dare us have fun.

 

Remember when they recently removed the blue circle from the garage to attempt to "fix" another duplication glitch. than they added it back for a few hours, than removed it again because there attempt to "fix" it didn't work. Its sad that players can still find ways to duplicate cars ever since the game came out. I bet rockstar is regretting there poor choice to use peer to peer servers. Modded accounts would not exist at all on PS4 and Xbone had they been smart. Quick money and RP exploits and glitches would not exist if they had been smart. Duplicating cars would not be at all possible. They better be smart and use real servers for there next games if they don't want the cycle to continue.

So I was customizing my chino custom and when I left the garage, my rims defaulted to what they were before. A few hours later, after selling the dumb thing because I didn't want it anymore, look what I find....

 

 

 

EDIT: I can customize it too! No idea how I did this, but just in case someone wants to try, I'll make a new post detailing what car was where and as much as I can remember about what I did leading up to this.

 

 

 

 

EDIT #2: I just realized my convertible isn't diamond blue anymore, grrrrr

Doing missions by myself and my auto aim vanishes again.

 

It does this at least twice everyday, I can't aim at anything - other players or NPC. All my settings are correct. It just stops working and then goes back to normal. Switching sessions, restarting doesn't do anything so clearly it's the games problem.

 

P*sses me off, wasting ammo, snacks, money and time on missions because my aim f*cks up.
