I was in a freeroam war and went after this MC president. Never had any interaction with them, nor are they on my friends list. I couldn't autoaim or damage them at all. I could kill anyone else in the session, but not them.

 

Anyone seen this before? I'm on PS4 btw

 

Was this that orange guy we all ganged up on? If so, yeah. I killed him a few times, but at some point I literally lost lock-on to that idiot.

I think purple. His name was like Xx_BATMAN_Xx or something

Well, that was fast. Anytime I check my PSN app, NO ONE is playing GTA on my friends list 75% of the time. Unscientific of course, but between this week and last week seems at least on my list - major player drop off.

Not trying to dispute you or anything, I'm sure what you say is true, just thought I would reply because it was ironic that at the very time I read this my freinds list said I had 76 people playing GTA lol.

 

Well when you have 500 friends that happens.

Sorry if people disagree with this, but...

 

Now I'm thinking these SV races just suck. 90% of the time I can't even use my own Ruiner. The Voltic races are a sh*t show where everyone decides to just boost right into you, knocking you out, especially in the first 10 seconds of the race. And the Blazer tracks are just sh*t all around, because the Blazer is sh*t.

 

This whole update just feels like filler.

These races are pretty disappointing, really. But what bugs me the most is how Rockstar advertised this like it was a big important update when it's actually something that should've been there since the release of the Import/Export DLC. Moments like this make me wish we could know what the hell is going on inside this company.

I'm kinda iffy on the "Free" update defence, In all honesty, if it comes with better quality items and accessories, shelling out ...5 to 10 bucks, depending on the update, with the update being a content pack or a full fledged expansion

 

I wouldn't mind.

Every time I've attempted to get a special vehicle out in the last 2 hours, they've despawned upon exiting the warehouse or they're just not there. Just attempted, knowing it'd probably be futile, to get my Ruiner 2000 out. No vehicles (not even sourced cars) in the warehouse and the game crashed when I got down to the level where the SVs are. What great fun.

 

Fake edit before posting: yay I can actually hit the country in my Wastelander now. That took far too long to even get one vehicle out.

Just noticed you can disable Catchup totally for your race in the Creator, presumably because it f*cks up jumping and climbing hills.

 

I know something Rockstar doesn't!

I think I know why in a Rocketvoltic race, I couldn't use boost:

 

I was 1st; catchup was on, so my guess is it 'slowed me down' and disabled boosting because I was going 'too fast'.

 

(I was on a vertical road with yellow-refillers (all wheels hitting the ground), but couldn' activate boost for a good 10 seconds)

You know as well as anyone else that 5 bucks will get you, at the very best, a new car and new clothes, nothing more than that, a DLC like what you're expecting wouldn't come from less than $30.

 

And why are people still expecting a map expansion in a game as big as GTA? When was the last time that has happened in this franchise, again?

Also R can [email protected] off because I am so sick of connection errors happening while I'm in a session. I was modding bikes in my MC garage and when I go outside I see someone set mines all over my doors trying to blow me up, why? I have no clue I just joined the session at that point. So it didn't take long to figure out who it was (a rival mc president who was only one up in Blaine county at the time). So I see he is doing work from his cocaine lock up. I drive there and see his car so I plant mines around and bam I lose connection, grrr.

Oh. My. God. I can't stand Online races. The cars are just so slow. After like a year no playing, I was curious about these new vehicles and stunt races. Yes, the maps are fun! The cars look amazing. The other players - also great! But the cars are just handle so disappointing. After using mods like Realistic Driving V and InversePower the Online/No mods racing experience is just plain disappointing.

Something like that happened to my friend but it was in a race. Screen clearly stated he came in first place yet the guy who came in second got the win. We were all like wtf?

 

 

Winning a race, being credited with the win, but being like 3rd-7th on the leaderboard and getting f*ck all money has happened to me many times, and every time I've come here and bitched about it. I have never, ever seen it happen to anybody else.

It happened to our team in RPG vs Insurgent last week.

I thought that if the guys on the top shooting survived the time round then it was their win. But for some reason, our opponents who were driving around hopelessly to kill the last standing man atop that container box won the round. I don't get it.

OK, so either it's a bug or my PC, but I cannot start a GTA race by myself anymore... I noticed when I got a Daily today (to complete a GTA race), so I started up a random race and set it as GTA.... I can start them as Normal or Non-Contact, but when I switch to GTA, it won't let me start. I assume I need more players for that. Good luck finding them, huh?

 

I'm posting it in this topic, because it was my favorite way to go into fight with cops without paying millions for deaths and ammo. I guess I can't have fun like that anymore... Good job Rockstar

The same happens to me nowadays when looking for a contact mission through Quick Job, I pick "Contact Mission" or "Survival" then I'm directly assigned to a stunt race. I'm wondering if its a bug, or something intented.

You could repeat this every single day, I'd thumb it up regardless.... the sheer laziness nauseates me. Like yourself i'm assuming, I also enjoy customization and it's kind of a deal breaker for me.

 

Since I like the GTA formula at the moment, I troop through anyway, piecing together what outfits I can out of the universally lackluster stuff we get.
