Yes and yes.

I didn't complete all of the heists and I can buy the vehicles, however, they cost more if you don't complete the heist.

For example the Hydra is 3.8m if you don't complete the mission that unlock it, after that you can buy it for 3m. Same formula as the Special Vehicles.

Nice cars, shame they're being dripfed for the console players. Still can't help but feel this update is missing a lot that would make a 'real' update. The first 'sequel' DLC, Custom Classics, still came with at least 2 guns and some clothing IIRC, plus at least a couple of cars at release...VS this update that is literally just the new races and the GP1, as of now. Just feels a bit thin on the content.

But as far i remember you bought couple modded accounts so tell my why do you care about R* microtransactions since you had alot of cheated money.

The Update rank just went from a solid B- to a big fat F.

Looks like they properly blacklisted it this time.

Well looks like im putting my old civilcop/undcovercop outfit back together or maybe im lucky and a glitch happens that does not delete mine.

Why do they take outfits but not fix the stupid loading times on I/E. Makes me regret not getting an account or something. On the bright side, I'll be given something to do, as in glitching those outfits back.

Cop and Trash man outfits are confirmed as being blacklisted. As soon as you enter free mode with them, even with a glitch, you'll be given a default outfit.

There's a thread on Se7ensins for it, but the mods don't really like it when people post links to their site. Yeah I'm familiar. It just boggles my mind that they do this. I had ones that wasn't even glitched deleted. What's the point of them having saved outfits if they're just gonna delete them? Even non glitched ones

I was referring to myself not wanting to post a link as not to piss off any mods I know you didn't post any links.

The cop outfit can still be brought into free roam and saved using the CEO/mask method... However, the moment you switch sessions, it's deleted from your style list. So, even if you do get it, it's still taken upon leaving the session.

*edit like the FR DLC cars were at one point. You can drive the NPC models if you own(ed) one. If not you get locked out.
