I honestly think that 80% of people that play this game are retarded. And I mean that in the most insulting way. Smashing into me (because catch up was on what a f*cking surprise) mid corner, causing both of us to fly off the track, isn't passing you f*cking moron.

Random bitch and moan but I've always been annoyed by the win / loss stat for races. I know it's as worthless as K/D since so many people have either traded wins or lagged out at the start of a race (when it counted) to get wins, but I want to know how often I finish in the top 3. Stupid? Absolutely. Hell I have a positive win % (only by about 50 races) as it is but it's a stat I'd like to see. Maybe it exists in the stats page somewhere and I've never bothered to look...

 

...old bitch and moan but since I'm racing a bit more recently, it's absolute bullsh*t Rockstar hasn't fixed catch-up in 3 years. I'm so tired of being penalized for being in first. It's so bad that I actually ran into an issue where my car couldn't get the speed needed to make a jump. Hit the ramp at full speed (full catch-up speed so really about half speed) and plummeted to a last place standing. I also saw an 8 second lead on a flawless last lap be cut to 2 seconds. Had second place not blown it on a tricky turn I would have easily have been passed before the finish. Also...I'm tired of seeing the players with the fastest lap times be those that are helped by catch-up. I led an entire race and yet my best lap time is somehow 2 seconds slower than the kid that finished in 8th? I mean, sure, it's possible but for f*cks sake stop penalizing the guy out front.

I was in a Biker gang with a low level guy I met a few days ago. I figured I'd offer him some help, because I really have nothing left to do right now. The gang was full, and all my guys were low levels while I was the highest in the lobby.

 

A CEO group who were a crew, I guess decided they wanted some easy kills so they come and camp out our club house. Well, they waste my whole gang except me. Their leader had a 3.50 KDR which is obviously fake, he was playing like he was maybe a 1.00. I told him, I sent the first message just to trigger him. I get invited to their party, and the sh*tstorm really began. They hear I'm a white guy from the South, so the Trump insults just start flying out. And they were trying to act hood, even though they probably weren't from the city at all, while having no idea I actually am. And I have no idea how insulting Trump is suppose to f*ck my composure up.

 

None of the people talking sh*t would come fight me. They left their leader stranded there with me, while I pushed his sh*t in. He couldn't even talk on mic after a minute of me f*cking him up, because I know I hurt his pride. He had to leave it to his little bitches to insult me.

Sinse someone told me how I haven't lost a cent on that mission. Hook the car, gain altitude but don't move. When the buzzards spawn head for your warehouse but not full tilt, as soon as you clear the mountains full tilt. The buzzards waste so much time climbing to your altitude they never catch up.

don't notice the f*cker till the very last second, where I smash into him seemingly clearing the path for those behind me and resulting in me losing 2 positions...

This is the exact reason why I refuse to play stunt races in public lobbies with the contact on. It's so annoying and makes me quit the game.

 

I wish you could get a bad sport for doing something like this. I mean if quitting a sh*tty job you don't like is making you score some bad sport points then why isn't this?

That´s why i always host non-contact ones... Ramming a**holes and blockers in races are the only things in gta that makes my bloodpressure dangerous high. You cannot believe how i hate those guys.

Having to do CEO work in public sessions. I wish I hadn't wasted my money on an office and warehouse.

Solo public lobby and you can do all you want in peace.

The catch is that you're quite limited in what you can do without at least one other player... e.g. no work like Piracy Prevention, can't sell Import/Export cars, etc.

You can sell I/E cars in solo lobbies, also steal them, only catch is that you will have to deal with NPCs chasing you, shooting your cars and reducing market value on sales.

 

In regards to VIP work, all you truly need is Head Hunter and Sightseer, these can be done under 5 minutes and 20k each, do it with a Buzzard.

 

 

Not sure which GTA Online you're playing, but I will grab and post screenshots of the "you need to join a session with players" error I got just a day ago when I tried to sell a car in a solo public session. Piracy Prevention is the same (menu item is ghosted). There's also a number of other VIP and CEO work that is ghosted (read: unavailable) in the Interaction Menu the second you're in a public session by yourself.

 

 

A number, sure, but not all. Sightseer, Headhunter, Hostile Takeover, and several of the new special vehicle work missions can be done solo. Also, loading into a public session after completing a job you joined from Invite Only can cause the game to lock some activities as if you're still in a private session.

I got kicked out of my own session I created. I was minding my own business making replica film cars and I see two people joined, one with bounty and one doing CEO work. When I was driving a car back to my garage I see a buzzer go by me, I figure they are doing a mission or something so I leave it alone. Then I see it turn around and come right for me while shooting missiles my way, I jump out of car and take it down with the homing launcher. After that they thought it would be a good idea to start moving cargo so of course I went to destroy it but the truck they were driving was glitching all over the place and I threw two sticky bombs directly on it and hit it was a rocket and it wouldn't blow up (it was just a normal short trailer truck, no armor or anything like that) I waited until they were out of truck and killed them then they left and then I got message I was kicked out of session, there was only one other person there who I didn't bother at all and even sent a message to that I was typically a friendly but that person was well they were an A-hole.

 

Basically ppl come in start acting the fool and I get kicked. I just made a new session and regretted not killing that bounty when I had the chance lol.

>secretary calls "get a cargobob"

>go back in the office

>request the cargobob on the helipad

>go near the car

>land, exit

>call the Kuruma (or the turret limo)

>Snipe the mercs

>get in the bob and get the car

>buzzards spawn after you

>drop the car somewhere safe and enter the kuruma

>revolver to the pilot's face drops the buzzard(s)

>rinse and repeat

 

This only works if you're alone or in a friendly session.

And if you're in a friendly session you can just ask one of your friends to get his hydra and provide cover.

Because if you're in a full session you might as well destroy the car on the spot. Bad enough you get buzzards but other players as well.

 

But I hate the "race" mission more.

Not only that you win the car fair and square his "friends" also come after you. It's ridiculous.

Truly a c*nty move.

Bad analogy there. It's more like walking into a burger shop (Online), seeing something on the menu (locked car of your choice, e.g. Lost Slamvan) and being told that you can't have it even though they're clearly being made and ready to order, and could just be handed over the counter if the owners would bother.

He's talking about already existing items in the game that are very easy to access and modify, what's with this out-of-context analogy?

 

Everyone wanted the Jetsam Cargobob and the regular Cargobob, people had access to purchasing the latter for cheap at the start of the game, and then Rockstar suddenly removed that option later and people who joined late got no access to the 'Bob. They had to wait over two years just to be able to buy Cargobobs again.

 

Same applies to DB Cooper's Lost Slamvan, people like the extended cab and people saw that you were able to fully customize it and its liveries, but Rockstar blacklisted it without ever stating why.

I don't use the cargoblob and I play alone and by the time I spawn my CEO Buzzard, I'm chop suey. I've counted 8 in total so far. I'm p much done with I/E now.

They still aren't as dangerous as the Bob.

 

Did the NOOSE one yesterday because it was the last of a 4-car collection. Everything went smoothly for once. Didn't even bother climbing high up and still took only $1900 in damage, not bad for a top range car.

 

That is, until I got back to the warehouse. It didn't give me the option for the cutscene landing, so I dropped it from maybe 7 feet in front of the garage door...and it landed upside down, while defying the laws of physics to do so. By the time I was able to flip it with the Tyrus, $1900 became $16000

 

In five "successful" Bob missions, Buzzards have done $14k in damage while the Bob had accounted for nearly $70k. That's not even counting the two top range it dumped in the Alamo Sea, nor the top range it dumped in the pond at Vinewood racetrack.
