Well i just won a stunt race by everyone lagging out so i'm the only one left witch made me automatically the winner and i don't like that cause there was no competition in that win so therefore that's now added to the count of how many races i won. My internet is perfect and this is the first time that's ever happened.

You lagged out. Not them. Kicking all of them out except you is the game's retarded way of showing you that.

Can this still be done on purpose? I've noticed a lot of players leaving races in the first 10 seconds or so. Guarenteeing themselves a win would explain it.

the only times i leave a race is when players slam me off the track or pit me and i have a stock vehicle.

Having to do CEO work in public sessions. I wish I hadn't wasted my money on an office and warehouse.

Solo public lobby and you can do all you want in peace.

The catch is that you're quite limited in what you can do without at least one other player... e.g. no work like Piracy Prevention, can't sell Import/Export cars, etc.

This is wrong. You can do the selling of I/E cars, crates and biker business product all in a solo public lobby.

Minding my own last night launching off the ramps in the sea on a jetski when I got attacked by a group of 4 in a organisation.

 

Ended up kicking ass, the ceo was down 18-2 to me, another one was 8-1, the other 8-2 and the other 12-3.

 

They ended up spawning further away and I fired a homing launcher and managed to take 3 of them out.

 

I then end up with votes to kick and 2 message on xbox from 2 of them.

 

One was "Leave us alone, we just want to do our own thing"

 

The other one was just simply "Fu*k off"

 

Why, why, why, start it if you're just going to get salty about getting beat?

 

I was riding a bloody Jet ski, no threat at all to any of them.

 

Seem to come across these types more and more often these days.

My goons and I captured three Stand Your Grounds in one session last night, and were greeted with responses much similar to the ones you got only with more emphasis on the "friggin off" part.

 

Regardless of that my point is if you're going to attempt to lock out the lobby of work for 20 whole minutes at a time, don't be salty when some actual predators show up and take your candy

 

All we wanted to do was one Piracy Prevention but noooooooo, "My MC is Cool Because Our Jackets Match" has started another Stand Your Ground...foh

The "Armored" Boxville has to be one of the biggest joke vehicles in GTA Online. Worthless on so many levels; may as well steal a trash truck off the street.

Piracy Prevention is the same (menu item is ghosted). There's also a number of other VIP and CEO work that is ghosted (read: unavailable) in the Interaction Menu the second you're in a public session by yourself.

 

Re: Sightseer--completing this in a Buzzard under 5 minutes is if you're lucky enough to get all three briefcases in the city area (happens once in a while); get one or more spread across the map, and it's closer to 10 min.

 

Piracy Prevention in minimal player sessions lets you do other things while you're earning $30k (various daily objectives, stock up at Ammu-nation, collect free weapons from their spawns, etc.)

another player kept killing me but he would later kill me and go into ghost org (repeatedly, but i did kill him a few times).

Had that happen in the Itali GTB and the Nero Custom. Happened on both bridges. They give you that massive ramp and give you like a minute to go full speed. Dumb design at its finest.

 

Too bad were going to have to wait for the drip feed cars when people on pc can spawn them in in single player for free in the free update. Meanwhile we can only have them online for a price. #BringAllOnlineCarsToSinglePlayer

Yes. I f*cking despise the use of Ghost Organization and Off the Radar, especially in friendly battles. Just fight fairly ffs.

I wish they would something make people focus on deathmatches instead of endless freemode battles that drag on forever. But nooooo lets give people things like bulletproof helmets, ghost organization for 3 minutes, bst, easy way out. Most of those things should not have been added to the game. Make easy way out take like 100 player kills off peoples K/D and I guarantee they would stop doing it immediately. The only reason why people take the easy way out is because they know it doesn't give the player who damaged them the kill. The people who do it know it. Hope rockstar does that or accidentally resets everyones K/D, that would be awesome. Rockstar have dug themselves into a hole when it comes to freemode balance.

Agree 100%. The worst thing is when you're milliseconds from killing someone and they kill themselves before you can get the kill. wtf lol? I'd rather just say f*ck this and go passive, cba to fight against people who use the cheap way out for everything.

Freemode battles cost money, and lots of it at times. Deathmatch battles can cost nothing and instead reward players with money (Even though it's a piss poor amount of money).

 

That's why nothing is done about Freemode warfare, and why nothing is done to improve on Deathmatches.

You tried to destroy someone's sh*t, but you're upset because he tried to (rightfully so) be a dick to you in return? I don't know if he was in the same organization or perhaps a friend looking out for his fellow man, like a good friend does, so perhaps I'm being a bit terse based on your veiled description of the events.

 

Look, I've been guilty of ruining someone's cargo/supply in the past, but I don't make a regular deal out of it. I get his retaliation, and I know it's a game and your objective (most of the time) is to engage in combat. But your B&M is lousy.

I'm sure it's not that much of a stretch to expect two friends to fight each other on the ground without using Ghost Org or Off the Radar. Killing randoms or griefing, that's a different story.

UPDATE: Just after writing that ^^^ the same guy came and waited outside my warehouse. Walked out and killed him and he spawned quite far away. Export the car and check the map, surprise surprise, he gets in a Hydra and registers as a CEO. I messaged "Haha f*cking typical. You butthurt little man?" and he replies "Stop running u nerd".

What happened exactly is that I got a Turf Wars invite. The session was absolutely packed with players (just me and the player who sent the invite .) That player was AFC while I was claiming territory, I was on the orange team fwiw. The player left shortly after, apparently I lost the game to a ghost.
