Tomorrow marks the day that character transfers are ending also known as the reason why modded accounts exist. R* games finally removing the modded account issue that they created by allowing people to transfer level 8000's with $69 Billion. First year and a half you could transfer you could transfer accounts like that. Than after that until now the cap for an allowed account to transfer was any level but you needed 30 days play time and a money limit of $700 million. Now there removing transfers. Sad that any modded accounts that transferred to next gen was Rockstars fault. Had they not been stupid when next gen game out, they could have had a transfer limit restriction to begin with and there would not be a single one on next gen. Oh well you think after that dns server thing from old gen they would have learned there lesson. A lot things that are glitched, exploited, or changed is because of rockstar being stupid. Ever wonder why the mechanic doesn't physically deliver your car anymore. Ever wonder why you have to wait 5 minutes when you wanna call your car if you already called it? Ever wonder why criminal records is the most played race in the game? Maybe people using the 7,000 rp world record reset glitch on old gen is why. Ever wonder why mission payouts got nerfed? People did coveted and were getting $18,000 in less than 3 minutes. Coveted and Rooftop rumble are the most changed missions in the game. They completely changed them multiple times because they were the most efficient $ per hour just like heists are now and why they recently patched the "armored kuruma". Should either have made longer missions or had slightly lower payouts to begin with. Ever wonder why you can't replay missions, people doing violent duct when the game first came out and getting $9,000 in less than 2 minutes is why. Maybe if they never took away the good legit ways to make money and rp back than, than less people would have gotten modded accounts and used money glitches. All we can do now is hope that R* doesn't f*ck up this character transfer thing ending. I say put all your money on the main character you play as and sell any assets on your other character in case they f*ck it up which they mostly do with every update.

 

I miss doing the original Coveted mission. It had 2 of my favorite things in it. Sniping and flying the cargobob. It was fun until first they made enemies far away go invisible and visible for no reason before they completely changed it and made it obnoxious to do. Here are the changes they made to it . "Difficulty Changes" More like making it useless for a money method and why people switched back to Rooftop Rumble before Heists came out. Once useful money methods were removed, money glitches started to spring up.

• The following difficulty changes have been made to the mission “Coveted”:
• New objectives added: When the players arrive at the cove their objective becomes “Secure the landing site”. Players then have 2 minutes to reach the Cargobob’s landing area and kill nearby enemies. Failing to do this in 2 minutes will fail the mission.

• Enemy placement: Around 50% of the enemies have been moved from the beach to the hill leading to the landing site. This is to create more of a shootout on the way down to the landing site.
• Cargobob now takes around 2 minutes to arrive once the players have reached the cove
• 2 enemies near the objective container now have RPGs (Low Accuracy).
• Enemies on the beach no longer have Extended LOS, meaning they won’t shoot at the players as they fight down the hill
• Drop-off location for the container is now at a warehouse in Cypress Flats. Previously the drop was too close to the action.
• Once the player has collected the container, an enemy helicopter spawns and pursues the Cargobob

I wore out my R2 button playing Fallout. One of the plastic pegs that the button pivots on snapped so the button kept staying slightly in meaning my car would accelerate when I didn't want it to. I managed to fix it enough to stop it doing it now though.

What I hate about gaming communities the most are the youtubers, who usually run defence for the company . . . especially when the company could do better or they're at fault for a business decision. All for some early access and good boy point privileges.

Had that same bs happen yesterday was flying a hydra and hid behind a tall building and I just magically blew up from a homing rocket. Only person nearby was somebody on the other side of the tall building a couple blocks away. I guess homing rockets just become invisible now and travel through solid buildings. Glad there making more stupid adversary modes than fixing game breaking glitches.

 

Also they need to make a driving school dlc. If you can't drive from one end of the airport runway without crashing, you don't get a license and have to either walk, get a ride from a friend, call a taxi, or rent a bicycle. If you do pass you get your license and get to drive cars like normal. Too bad only 1% of the players would pass. Some of the people that are in stunt races would park there car up a tree in the middle of the f*cking runway. I know there are no trees but they would find a way. Can't believe some people are so god awful at driving. Even spongebob drives better, f*cking spongebob. I'm surprised they don't put there game disc in upside down while putting it in. I would rather play the gta iv carmaggedon and attempt missions like gtamen did, than attempt to participate in a "stunt race" bumper cars cluster f*ck. The people driving the cars you see in this video were taken directly from "races" in gta online.

Laughed so much at GTASV's Chaos stream (torturing gtamen). Especially at

Too bad the PC port's sh*t and crashed multiple times during the stream.

 

But OT: Did they crash the servers again? I got kicked out of a heist because it "failed to download".

Then I had a saving error mixed with transaction errors for FREE snacks from the Secretary.

Then the Transaction Pending took waay too f*cking long. Then Saving failed kicked in. Had to switch sessions multiple times to refill on snacks.

 

Guess it's the last day to transfer your character and people are going crazy.

a lot of the random stunt races i've joined have gotten the point where players ether try or do pit me or slam me off the track (why has clean races have become so rare?).

Doing a race and the stupid f*ck host has it standard, catchup "slow down first place", slipstream "magic nitro for everyone else", and destroy last place every 30 seconds. Entire race I'm in front, than at one of the corners when it was just 2 of us the f*cking c*nt spins me out and passed me than I blow up while he is in his stupid F*cking nero custom. F*ck those stupid fugly truffade garbage. I hated the adder now I hate the nero. From now on anyone near me in a race with that abomination of a car with its moon sized spoiler is getting spun out. Anything for that double money I guess. I hope they get a network error everytime they attempt joining a race.

 

Also I'm tired of joinging stunt races from the stupid pink markers in freemode because it keeps spawning me inside of buildings or under the map with no way to move except restarting the application. Put me in the race I clicked on to join ffs. Stupid broken game. Too bad the soon to be released update probably will not fix any of the issues. Maybe they will fix don't cross the line 17 more times in the patch notes like they did in the cunning stunts update. Because don't cross the f*cking line is a more important issue to fix than any of the game breaking bugs and glitches.

It had been about a month since I played GTA. Decided to waste some time with it this evening...kind of wish I could get that time back.

Started with some stunt races and figured I'd give the new tracks a go. Terrible. Does Rockstar test these, like at all? Nearly every track has a section that's straight broken. Whether it be a poorly placed checkpoint or a physics destroying tube of death, there's always a part of every race that just does not work. Track frustrations aside, the community of racers is utter garbage. This is not news to me, I'm aware of this and rarely race but come on people, quit the sh*t! To be fair I won more than I lost this evening and I'm pretty sure I didn't have one finish out of the top 3...but the ones I did lose, those were wrought with Mario Kart loving, catchup induced pit maneuvers. Having just spent a couple weeks with Forza Horizon 3 as my game of choice, it's even more clear to me at this moment that racing in GTA is a lesson in ignorance...can't believe I even bothered to participate

 

After trying to enjoy myself with some racing I opted to try some Adversary Modes. After all, according to Rockstar they're "the most played aspect of the game". Rockstar has seemingly failed to see that the only reason Adversary Modes are the most played feature is because they haven't added a f*cking contact mission, survival, heist or anything remotely worth playing with others in years. Unless you count the bullsh*t fetch quests in forced public lobbies...and most people prefer duping cars to that grind...but I digress. I tried to play an Adversary Mode but could only get put into "to death do us part". I played one...it was absolute garbage. I can't believe some asshole thought this was even remotely interesting. My team failed because my teammate ran out into the open and just started firing at another team from about 40 yards away...I don't know if I got to fire a bullet. Tried to join a different Adversary Mode, couldn't get one to load for the life of me. Decided to try racing again.

First race and I'm making a nice, tight, clean corner but I can hear the car slipstreaming behind me. We come to a wide open area with no barriers and instead of passing me the other racer intentionally pushes me off the edge, taking himself with me...and that ended my night.

This game is a f*cking mess. I swear if the next "big thing" is another building we have to buy with another random f*cking computer we have to constantly access to trigger fetch quests, I'm done. Racing is a joke, Rockstar only focuses on sh*tty, unbalanced Adversary Modes and the forced freemode events are more tedious than my real life job...f*ck, this game makes me angry. Maybe I should take another month off.
