i noticed last night while doing a motorcycle stunt race on my ruffian is when you hit a speed strip while pulling a wheelie i bounce off it, so after that everytime i came to a speed strip i would pull a wheelie so i could bounce off the speed strip (it's fun).

but for my B & M for today is when i'm doing jobs or other stuff for my motorcycle club i get attacked by other players and i can't replenish my health with snacks (they're grayed out).

So many stunt races lost due to flying over finish marker, spinning out in the tubes, car not sticking in tubes so fall off and blow up, soaring over landing platforms and checkpoints, not having enough speed to clear jumps when in 1st place

 

Why can't it be 2x on normal races too

I've had an irritating night so far on GTA. I tried getting into a stunt race via quick job, and i was met with this bs:

 

Map gone, assistant gone, unable to get out of my office, wasn't allowed to open the menu from start, and most important of all; my big boss chair was missing!

The game eventually froze and I had to restart.

 

Now that I'm back on, everything's pretty much back to normal, but I keep either lagging out of races, or just end up in the same lobby. I think it's bed time.

You seem to not understand the simple concept of testing a track to make sure all cars in the class are at least able to finish a lap in it.

Here is something for you, my friend, since you and the others just seems to not be able to understand this:

 

Play that race without custom cars enabled.

 

Are all factory stock cars available, able to complete the race?

(Keep in mind that only a handful of them are available to be choosen)

 

IF all of these cars are able to complete the race, then THERE IS NO PROBLEM!

 

Now.

If you turn on custom vehicles, then that is your problem if you are not able to complete the race, R* is not blocking you from using your own cars in races, no matter how slow they are.

 

Just imagine if R* blocked you of using any of your own PVs in races?

You guys would bitch about it to no end, even if you want to use a Futo, and then would complain because that car drifts everywhere and can't build up speed for the jumps.

 

But I will concede this:

There should have been a proper warning on the race's description about what cars should be recomended for the race, but that's it.

It really is amazing how there are people who could actually shill and be apologists for a company like modern day Rockstar. I am blown away. Like you are f*cking defending Rockstar not even properly testing the sh*t they make. And stop implying I have nothing but an Omnis. I have a ton of sports cars, I mean it's such a bloated class how could you NOT have a dozen of them? I was testing the track in an invite only session because I'm not racing randoms on these new tracks until I learn them first, decided "hey I haven't used my Omnis in a while and I'm by myself so why the f*ck not" and yet it couldn't clear that jump. This is the reverse issue of the Shafter V12 overshooting the final checkpoint in the Big Drop race. These are hands down the most rushed out and untested stunt tracks Rockstar has made so far. Why are you defending objectively terrible game design?

Yeah good point. I mean Rockstar certainly isn't spending their big ass piles of cash on fixing their f*cking broken game. Their content with sh*tting out adversary modes, letting annoying glitches sit there and fester, overpricing the sh*t out of the new things they add, and making the process of earning cash a never ending slog of grinding and cooldowns.

Rockstar has become the very kind of companies they parody.

Yes, more pew pew pew pew pew PVP meathead catering. Pretty soon that's all that will be left of GTA:O the PVP types. Everyone else will have moved on.

 

What was a cool extension of single player became a PVP urban shooter with no depth. Nice work R*! Catering to that cash card buying public! What made GTA different was it's depth. Not it's weaponry. GTA wasn't COD. Now it is just set in Los Santos with different weapons.

This I can agree with. It's already ridiculous on cars like the Dundreary Virgo Classic Custom and Annis Elegy Retro Custom. By the naming logic, the Sultan would have been the Karin Sultan RS Classic Custom. I can't imagine how much worse it's going to be for future cars.

I dont understand why markman wiggle is so hated(granted im new) I see no real difference between that and the non stop combat roll. This guy killed me with a homing missile twice from the top of a roof today when I was on the ground and when he got off the roof I blew him twice with mines and then said I sucked after he left as if his roof top homing missile kill which occurred when I was just minding my own business was so honorable lol. If you are trying to kill me Im going to kill you any means I feel fit at the moment, keep wiggling on Abee.

Well in the old days of GTA V's multiplayer, you couldn't actually move at all while sniping. Which a lot of people thought (myself included) was a lot better. It was more strategic; more about aiming; more about holding certain key positions etc. (whereas now it doesn't matter if you pick a good spot - anyone can jump out and wiggle to negate that).

 

This was a long time ago though.

i wonder why r* has never fixed or done away with the hated random splitting of lobbys in gtao?

today i joined a random motorcycle club and there was only me and the club's president and after one contest we ended up in grapeseed riding on a dirtbike and i was driving.

i drove the bike into the 24/7 store there, the store clerk told us "this isn't a parking lot" i intended to pull out one of my pistols instead i found myself giving the store clerk the finger (which was kinda funny).

when we fled we got into a shootout with the cops but we took a cop car and into a chase that's when r* splitted the lobby leaving me in a empty lobby and mobbed by cops.
