That drop, buy and hide thing doesn't apply to Micro SMG. Also default pistol is faster for EWO. Only reason I have mine in my wheel.

Micro SMG really pisses me off though. I hate picking it up..but also hate not picking up money off dead bodies.. lol

Dropped a BST the other day, it showed up on map but didn't show up on the ground.. I died several times trying to find it just to get rid of the icon from my map.. I had to switch sessions.. -_-

 

Only recently started using BST with any regularity, and f*ck the minigame where you're trying to dodge incoming fire while hunting for the HARDEST f*ckING THING TO SEE IN THE WORLD on the floor.

 

Which brings up my B&M, the uselessness of Expanded Radar in some situations (BST included). Let us f*cking toggle the map and make it stick, you've been making games for over 20 years ffs. I had to play for years with no health or armour bars.

 

That pain in the ass trying to add abbreviations to wikipedia...

 

I'm called biased for trying to add Bull Shark Testosterone to Wikipedia BST summary page. FML

Yeah there are a few bugs going on. My Fireworkslauncher did not show up in the menu.

A friend just got a PS4 and GTA 5. Him and his gf are like level 12's. He was at my house and I was showing him what it looks like on my XB1 (I'm a level 167). I'm taking him for a showoff joyride (edit #27: in my Hydra) in passive mode at super low levels around Sandy Shores and just as I'm pulling in for a perfect quick landing at my Meth Factory, just about to touch down PERFECT. Nailed It. Just there.

Also: Google "GTA online NPC traffic" for more info. I've noticed the horrible AI from video games has spilled over into IRL traffic patterns. I think it has something to do with republicans.

Sometimes you'll drop it, and see the cash come out, but the BST itself won't drop. Then you gotta go buy it again, and then it drops. Or, you drop it, and it decides to drop to your side instead of in front of you, and it gets stuck in a f*cking wall and you have to leave the session to fix it. Then sometimes, it just doesn't drop at all, and you get killed while waiting for it to drop. Except I've started to figure out, that the longer it takes to drop, means either how good or how bad your connection is to the lobby.

 

And the Micro SMG and the little Beretta like pistol, yeah I hate picking them up too. There's been soooo many times I've tried to go pull my Combat MG out, and I accidentally pull that sh*tty little SMG and get myself killed. I don't want it, but it just won't go away...

I keep on trying "later". It never works. I just want to look at my messages on PC, so I can post the juicy hate mail, and record that voice message I got where some guy said he'd split my head open.

 

I don't suppose there's any other way to get xbox messages recorded? I don't think you can do it from the console. Are there other sites on PC you can access your messages from?

My favorite is when you drop one in Paleto while you're doing a piracy and it doesn't appear so you forget. Then you get jumped by try hards in the city and drop another only to see it spawn back in Paleto.

 

Makes me want to wrap cotton candy around my knuckles and pummel a circus full of dwarf clowns...

Ah yeah, it has its ups and downs. Every now and then I kind of wonder why I spend as much time here as I do lol, but then I think everyone probably does that with anything.

 

Not much else to be doing, so forum and games it is.

 

I think we need either some big DLC that'll start up new stuff, or big changes that'll mix up the gameplay enough to cause drama.

 

Think of all the juicy arguing there'd be if people suddenly couldn't wiggle while sniping, or something was done about suicide.

 

Edit: We just don't see those kind of changes anymore. Like when they changed the blips, made changes with vehicles, that kind of thing. Even when they made a move I didn't like, it at least mixed things up - both on the game and here.

My crew rank in my main crew reset itself. Now my secondary crew has the rank of my main one. Good stuff, from rank 800 to 1. Hell yeah. Does anybody know if i can somehow fix this? On social club it still shows my correct rank, but in game it's just 1....

It does that sometimes like it desyncs from social club or something stupid. Had a friends whos finally showed the correct number in game like 9 months after it happens. I'm amazed social club doesn't corrupt with the amount of data they keep track of. Maybe gta online would be more stable if it would stop constantly tracking how many times I steal cars or get a wanted level with how easy they are to get. Maybe jobs wouldn't be so laggy if everyone wasn't spawned around the f*cking job trigger. You never ever want to put all the players in a session in 1 spot in the map. You have probably seen the results like people magically lagging out of the job waiting for people to join. Or the job starts and nothing happens for 30 seconds.

 

Or remember when the "betting glitch" with At the races was a thing? Betting wasn't glitched out, the job was. You would start the job and it did not start for like 1 minute and almost everyone "lagged out" Betting wasn't glitched it was actually being used for once. When 20-30 people bet $10k on a race and you win the race you would win that 200k to 300k bet win. Notice how stupid R* reduced betting to $1,000 instead of fixing the broken job? Betting is still capped at $1,000 to this day. People were "abusing it" hmmm wonder why you can easily win $200k in less than 10 minutes. They are ignorant to the game being broken while only fixing things that give you easy money. Also there have easily been 100 - 200x the betting glitches than there have been game updates. If they cared so much about the game "economy", why are money glitches and exploits still a thing? I think if it wasn't for them the current playerbase would be a lot smaller than it is.

Funny because despite being the Kingpin in almost every crew I have, I for some reason have had my crew paintjob locked over the last few months. Didn't bother reporting it to C* since i never use the crew paintjob anyway.

Nope did that exact thing, and no more appeared, and only half a bar was produced with 3 bars of supplies.
