Long post talking about advantages of CG.

Don't get me wrong, I like CG, I used to play it online (I own it for SP) but the sheer amount of tryhards on PS4 are ridiculous, so much that I barely play it anymore. I just enjoy it more when I have good friends with me, a fair competition, and nice amount of guns. People going "Ghost Organization" right after "Off the Radar" is up just pisses me off. I just don't want to pay for PS+ for that sh*t, even if Black Ops III's campaign and alternate campaign is awesome online.

after 3 years r* still hasn't fixed the issue where the server empties the entire lobby?

last night i was doing a little ceo work and i was the an event where you collect gems, i had to drive from the countryside (i was near the winery), i had a long drive to where the gems where and when i was 1 minute away the server dumps the entire lobby and i was suddenly no longer in the gem collecting event.the long drive for nothing!

Joining random heists and getting 5 percent is still a thing? That buys you one try from me

I just don't like the way that - on the rare occasions they finally give us some kind of aircraft - it's just something that isn't unique, and that we already have plenty of similar aircraft to them.

 

 

Like, we've got a ton of twin engine passenger jets that look and (as far as I know) perform almost the same. Or when it's helicopters it's just endless variants or clones of the Swift (which is a great helicopter, but we already had it released years ago now).

 

They should give us something different and unique, and ASAP - I'm getting hungry for rotors (and planes a little too). Oh welcome to the forum, by the way.

I beg internally for the ability to own a cleaned up Duster similar to that of a Stearman Model 75. The early-mid 20th century was the childhood of the aviation industry and I was kind of annoyed to see that there's only really one pre-WWII era aircraft in-game. Sorry for the extreme wishlisting, but it's always irked me how little of the aviation world R* has explored. I mean, personal aircraft, bizjets, fighters, one transport plane, one trainer and one stunt plane. The helicopters are even worse as far as categories go.

 

The only non-business aircraft we've gotten as DLC vehicles are the Hydra, Dodo and Besra. We got 2 helicopters that weren't for CEOs, and both of those came out really mediocre as far as desirability goes.

 

 

 

Instead of a private jet, I'd happily trade in my Nimbus or Shamal for a vintage and classy commuter like this, the Spartan Executive. Yes it's chrome but I think the chrome suits classic aircraft like this, which you can't say for a dollar-sign rim supercar. Seems so elegant, right down to the stripe going from the cowling to the tail.

Thanks to those who choose to buy shark cards, we who choose not to buy the shark cards, get to have a chance to get the DLC items without spending real money at all.

 

It is a system that works fine for me:

Its better than paying extra $20 or $30 on a bundled of crap just to get the one dlc item that I want, or having to deal with stupid season passes that shouldn't be a thing to begin with.

 

When I/E came around, all I cared about was the Comet Retro, Elegy Retro and the vehicle warehouse, they were expensive, but I managed to buy them without having to pay a dime of my real money in my bank account.

 

You think we paid $60 for a short ass storyline game? No. The "DLC" you think is "free" is a WIP of the same game we paid $60 for. There was supposed to be a storyline DLC which is never going to happen. Why? Because dumping trash in online and having idiotic shark card buyers seems to be the easy money method for them all the while they nerf every money making method a player can think of in a "sandbox" game. How ironic is that? .

Okay, set up started, I run to my car. This one dude wants in, doesn't have a f*cking car I guess. So we all get to the meet point with no problems, the host and I run to the buying point but the lookouts are just standing there. Hurry the f*ck you you piece of sh*t.

 

One dude decides to blow both mine and the hosts car up for literally no f*cking reason, ending the mission. Funny part is, that's the retard that I gave a ride.

Actually yes, it is like that, R* already stated multiple times that the $60 is for singleplayer, the multiplayer comes as a free bonus on the game copy, its not me saying this, its R* themselves, so you can spin this around however you want to, but in the end its still free.

 

The "DLC" you think is "free" is a WIP of the same game we paid $60 for.

I fail to see how a game released AND set in 2013 should have brand new models of vehicles that didn't even existed at the time the game is set(reference: FMJ, Tempesta, Reaper and many others) and you want to tell me those vehicles are meant to be WIP from the original game? What about freemode events, VIP, CEO and Biker content? Those are also meant to be WIP from singleplayer? If so, I fail to see how this stuff would fit anywhere in the storyline, since the whole storyline for SP was already done circa 2012;

I won't even bother replying to this last rant of you, for me it just seems like you can't handle the fact that R* is a company that has to make money, and that Shark Cards buyers are supporting the game, believe it or not, and that thanks to them I haven't needed to open up my wallet to buy stuff in this game.

 

But whatever, I recently looked into other games and saw how much they are actively trying to suck your money, by locking content only to "VIP" players or by charging seasons passes or what the f*ck ever, that is why I learned to just be a little more grateful for what we have got so far and the CHOICE to support them or not.

Those are official statements on their Newswire, their website. They literally say that Story Mode Updates are coming. That is no more clear than it can get. You are not correct. Teaser or not, they said it is coming, and it didn't.

Never give people a ride unless they are needed at a checkpoint and avoid heists with low level scum.

Yea, i can see that sucks but even on easy....a level 10 man....

 

I only do not look at levels during setups like "vans" on the pacific standard...besides that levels under 50 are pretty much permabanned from my heists, let alone i will help randumbs with such a low level

^^ Corporate engineering (software/hardware) and marketing departments are in constant war with each other.

 

IMO marketing should *always* be accountable to engineering. Especially in this day and age of near instant communication between consumers, false marketing and misrepresentation can kill a product faster than no marketing at all.

Some random joins lobby, goes ghost and blows me up on my boat when I'm not paying attention or aware that any of this has transpired. When I come to and start shooting I tie the score up and they leave immediately

 

Check their GT and profile to see that they took screen shots only of them having two kills on me, while ghost, and me being AFK but of course not when I killed them back without ghost, or rockets causing them to get scared and jump sessions.

 

On one hand I'm flattered that there's people out there that pathetic who believe that having "proof" of killing me gives them cool points, on the other I'd like to take their mother out to Red Lobster and have her foot the bill..
