My B&M for the day: people who misuse words like cancer and autism/autistic all the god damn time. Why do people have to pick up on these immature, stupid "trends" of not using words the way they're supposed to be used? Stop misinforming people on what autism is.

 

Sorry to break it to you, but as someone with a form of Autism, and was in a class to help overcome it for all of high school, there are plenty of people with Autism that lash out and blow up in a "sh*t fit" like that, I should know, I went to class with these people, they act that way because, you can say "I have autism" and our school system lets you get away with that bullsh*t, and their parents don't do sh*t either, so they have the mind set that they can throw a sh*t fit and it's ok, because they have Autism, and the systems in place taught them, that their disorder is a valid excuse for throwing a sh*t fit, and because 90% of the time the parents don't do sh*t about it either, you get that kinda of sh*t.

 

People with autism are just as diverse as people without autism. In many cases you couldn't even tell they had it.

I honestly don't care if you have autism or not, you can't speak for everyone else who has it in any form. Nor does your experience mean that everyone else is like that too.

 

Just like with every group of people on the planet, there are bad ones and good ones. The group of autistic people I've met over the years (and this is a high number) are decent people by the majority. Sorry to break it to you man, but you're not even seeing all the people with autism or any similar "issue". There are so many different types and people who have it have different levels of intelligence, social skills and behavioural patterns/mannerisms. You think you're an expert because you happen to have a diagnosis? You assume you're the only one and you apply your experience to the whole world. Doesn't work like that.

 

Calling up autism all the time when talking about unpleasant people online (mostly children) who are being loud and obnoxious is simply unfair to all the autistic people who act perfectly reasonable and (again, in my experience and that is not lacking) much more mature than anyone who misuses words like autistic and cancer. This might seem like an unimportant thing to you and others here, but you seem to be ignoring the effects of this behaviour. Keep it up long enough and people will start hating anyone with autism without even knowing what they're really like. We already have that issue with people who are religious, atheist, homosexual, democrat or republican, black, white, hispanic and you name it.

 

In case you weren't aware yet, people start talking crap about a group of people when their complaints are really only about a select few members of that group and in time that entire group suffers the "wrath" of society. People who take all that stuff as gospel and never expose themselves to the people they're hating.

 

Stop insisting that all autistic people are loud, antisocial freaks. You're doing society a major disservice.

 

Also, I find it suspicious that you would defend this behaviour while claiming to be autistic yourself. If you're smart you'd know that a lot of people don't "just" have autism but something else as well. Autism itself doesn't cause people to throw those so-called "sh*t fits" you mention. Don't ask for sympathy when one day you're targeted after letting people know you're autistic (regardless of wether or not it is true) if you keep defending this behaviour. How about you start setting a decent example instead.

Ok first of I was explaining why the stereotype is even a thing, second off, I never said autism causes you to throw sh*t fits, I said many kids (least now a days) that have it use their disorder as an excuse to throw a sh*t fit when they don't get their way, I my self have got up and walked out of class do to the bullsh*t that was going on, however I did not use my disorder as an excuse to do so nor did I throw a temper tantrum, I simplely used the powers my IEP gave me (one of them was being able to get up and walk out of class if something was about to piss me off) and once I got back to the Room my Special ED class was in, I'd vent to one of the teachers there, but I did not use my disorder as a excuse. Also the only one doing a major Disservice is the people who let people use their disorders as a excuse to get their way or the parents that give up on trying to work with their kid and cave in and give them anything they want. Every f*cking day since i've become rank 800 and have been playing a few houres i end up with friend requests from players who would be completely useless for anything and either do not know that they send me a friend request, or do remember, and ask for money.

Seriously, those players can go and stick their 2 fists in their asshole and cum into their own mouth while afterwards flushing their worthless sh*tty head with their worthless sh*tty brain into the toilet till it's gone

Got thrown into Bad Sport for the second time. I swear it's like they give you a short choke chain after your first visit. I load up the game, jump into a lobby, go to Ponsbys, look at some clothes, get shot at from outside, return fire with an RPG, hit the attacker's car which I didn't see, and BOOM Bad Sport. Didn't even realize I was a dodgy player.

 

I've seen posts about people contacting Rockstar Support and getting the Bad Sport Status lifted, so I'm gonna go that route and hope for the best. Still in a clean player lobby, so I'm also going to try the "parole" method and see if that works.

I'm staying out of packed public sessions from now on. I'm almost rank 400 and I'm sick of getting followed around by low levels spamming me with messages asking for money drops and begging me to give them money. Also, I think it is beyond idiotic that doing Special Vehicle Missions with others doesn't unlock the discount for yourself unless YOU host it. Who cares who hosts the sh*t, because it still gets done. Thought it would be like Heists where doing a Heist with others and not hosting your own still unlocked the Kuruma, Insurgent, and all those vehicles. Guess I thought wrong.

I'm done with this f*cking game.

 

I've taken a break from Online for the past few months, mainly due to a growing lack of interest and stale content. Now don't get me wrong, I was looking forward to the Import/Export DLC as much as anyone else was. However, after I played out the novelty of the cars and the vehicle export missions, I found myself stuck in a seemingly endless grind that wasn't paying off.

 

It was at this point that I came across the concerns of others in the GTA community relating to loss of faith in Rockstar's vision and the overall direction the franchise is heading in. These concerns, combined with boredom in-game, were what made me take a break from Online. The drip-fed vehicles that continued to release didn't convince me to go back either.

 

Today, I decided to revisit Online just to see if I could find something new or fun or worthwhile. But all I was reminded of were the reasons why I left in the first place.

 

The AI in this game is absolute sh*t. In one minute on a motorcycle, I fell off every 10 seconds from traffic swerving into me, stopping in the middle of the road, or even driving out of their way onto the curb to hit me. The f*cking curb. And NPC precision aiming from Headhunter and Vehicle Export missions is f*cking insane. I still end up instantly getting shot out of a helicopter from 100 yards away or shot out of a car swerving through traffic at 120 mph from aimbot helicopters and cars.

 

Absolutely ridiculous, all so I can store a car costing me $15,000 that ends up being stolen anyway by a gang of higher-level players in the same crew. All of them having perfected every combat technique in the game, and I'm already Rank 205. Squeakers, griefers, and assholes are abundant in Online like no other game.

 

A game with such a sh*t player base and even sh*ttier developers like Rockstar doesn't deserve my time and effort.

Come out of a contactmission and try to find a car. A player nearby pulls out his minigun and shreds me to pieces. Well ok, you killed me, have a cookie and f*ck of.

I get in a car and drive away, minding ky own bussines. The wheelie event starts and i steal a bati while i see a playerblip heading towards my position. The Player runs me over, i respawn and get instantly killed by him with his minigun. I respawn again and get killed again. It went like this about three more times. I finally spawn around a corner and call my kuruma, get in, drive towards him and honk my horn. He goes passive and messsages me: "pussy".

A few minutes later I get a message by another player: "Can u give me muney" (Yeah he wrote exactly like this). I answer: "How should I be able to give you money?"

He replys: "U are a modder. Only a modder has such a high level! Give me money or I report U?" (For the record I am a Level 286.)

 

Opens Taskmanager, Network, suspend gta.exe, bye bye b*tch.

Seriously 90% of the pc comunity are ether tryhards or idiots.

Was just hovering in my Hydra after a run of Headhunter and the jet came to a stop above the Vespucci canals, pretty much right above the liquor store. I banked the money, and once I exited the Maze Bank site to start buggering around doing stunts, I notice a blank void where the Maze Bank West office is. I flew away, returned to the same spot, and the void had returned. If I opened Snapmatic, the building would whoosh back into existence. So, those who own that office; what's it like living in blue hell?

 

Fast forward a few minutes and I start Fully Loaded. I call in my Windsor and start heading towards the Ruiner 2000, when my car suddenly gets riddled with bullets. I was the only one in the session, so it scared the absolute sh*t out of me! Turns out it was just one of the Turreted Vehicles you have to destroy once you get in the Ruiner, lol.

My b&m is the same as a lot of people lately, the servers seem even more cr**py than usual, last night in the space of time of joining two public sessions, both booted me out with network error within 5 minutes, I then joined a stunt race playlist, waited for loads of people to join, as soon as we start, bang, timed out loading session this wasn't just me as the party chat I was in exploded with rage, lol.

C* need to seriously fix their sht, I know the game is getting on a bit but as its still so popular, they could at least maintain their servers once in a while

Was playing extraction last night and i was the target. This guy from the enemy team was standing out in thr open waiting for me to come out. I came out and shot him a few times with the .50 and he exclaims what the f*£k?!. He comes around THE SAME CORNER again and i kill him again, I hear him say 'f*cking cheat'. my teammate picks me up in an insurgant and the guy follows us all the way back to the extraction point and he crashes into a tree. When the round ends he called me and my team a bunch of fu*king modders saying that we killed him with our mods. The next round he was on our team and said'im not playing with fu*king modders. Fu*king cheats" And then rage quits. This was on ps4 by the way and i just laughed. He was an adult as well which made it funnier.

Outfit wipe still affecting me now even though I think it was fixed earlier. I had an outfit of a vest with a scarf that came over to the PS4 from last gen with me but checking the clothing store now it doesn't seem to be compatible anymore. There's no way to have a (pocket watch) vest equipped and put on a scarf. It wasn't my favourite/most important outfit but I made it specifically for the Duster and now it's dead. Thanks a ton, Rockstar!

 

EDIT: And in another outfit that I just attempted to recreate, I apparently cannot have a watch without my fitted suit pants turning into sweatpants. Really? A watch is incompatible with pants now? Terrific logic. It's clearly not just the outfit wipe that was a problem, they actually killed off a lot of possible outfits.

 

And while I'm complaining about this stuff; does anyone know if certain items were actually altered? One outfit of mine used a grey vest and I could swear it was grey all over. Now it seems that the grey vests available are black from behind. What's up with that?

Infinite waves of spawning cops on Import/Export Special Vehicle jobs? That's not a "heavy police presence", that's "horde mode with no ending". F*ck you R* and your lazy, piss-poor game design. I'd expect that from a sh*tty startup on Steam, not a seasoned developer known for some of the most successful franchises in videogame history. Not to mention the "minimum player requirement" rears its ugly (and completely arbitrary) head again.

 

This game continues to squander potential left, right and centre and it is so frustrating because GTAO is close to being one of the best games I've ever played. For everything it gets right there seems to be five other things it gets drastically wrong - which, sadly, seem to be mostly regarding basic design and implementation.

 

Up your game R*, for f*ck's sake.

[No Use For A Name]

Before the crate update dropped, I thought the biggest douchebags in GTAO were jet griefers. They were quickly replaced by players who destroy stock. Now, a new breed of douche has surpassed even them: car theft campers. There is nothing lazier and more pathetic than organizations who go OTR or ghost and camp out by warehouses trying to get free cars. Last night a passive player apparently watched me deliver then export a car from my warehouse. As I was driving the next one I sourced back from Sandy Shores, I noticed she registered as a CEO. No big deal, but when I got about a mile away I noticed her icon was near my warehouse. Got out, tossed a sticky on my car, then waited. Sure enough, ghost organization. I drove around for 3 minutes until it was up, doing $34k worth of damage to a car I knew I wasn't getting into the warehouse. Almost immediately after it ended, OTR. Screw it, I knew she was nearby my warehouse so I turned onto the street and floored it. Almost immediately I was killed, but I was able to hit the left arrow and detonate the sticky, which blew the car, her, and her car up. She immediately quit CEO and returned to passive. Pathetic.

 

Luckily she's a friend of a friend and I've seen her in sessions before. Next time she tries to deliver a car, it's getting blown the f*ck up. Along with the next one. And the one after that. So yeah, if you see me in a session destroying special vehicle cargo, there's a damn good reason
