Matchmaking. Seriously, R*? What gives?

 

Full lobby with 14 other odd random players and it still cannot put two friends together on the same team. What makes it worse is that I decided to turn Team Balancing OFF to ensure that we could be on the same team, but the randoms decided to all try and stack up on one team (which is not surprising). However, when a team is unbalanced in terms of numbers, the game seems to reshuffle the teams in these cases when the game mode officially launches. Want to guess what happened then? Yeah, that's right; friends separated on opposite teams yet again.

 

You can patch the bullsh*t Kuruma Pac Standard thing, but you can't put friends (just two this time) together on the same team?

 

Ridiculous, R*. Ridiculous...

Start up a party. Problem solved. I do it everyday.

 

Been doing this since PS3/360 days. Especially on those games that don't allow/make it a PITA to mute people.

For the past two months, every time I try to start up a GTAO lobby I have to make multiple attempts to connect to the R* servers let alone get into an actual game. Whenever the servers used to be bad, I'd just load up an invite only lobby since it would only take about 30 seconds to connect to one of those. Now it takes 2-3 full minutes of staring at the clouds just to get kicked out back into single player.

I was thinking the same idea about the issues for R* to fix. Like, they have all this time to fix the server issues and bug glitches that everyone has but instead, they rather patch a very tiny tiny problem in a heist mission which is not even that of a big deal.

I see.. thanks for the explanations, I honestly did not know why, it was not that I had been doing the manicure all session without doing anything or participating in anything, I was like I said doing missions, participating in some heist and as I said without bother others without reason, and suddenly that message.

A complete newbie to Online, despite taking about 4 years avoiding it, decided to see what's it all about lately. Only to encounter after sometime playing the game, a kid on a headset chasing me and wanting my in game money for whatever reason. I mean seriously, I know its GTA, but I'm more used to relaxing in my car without being chased, so decided to go into solo.
