I always start it off the Chianski coastline, that way the Ruiner2k spawns in Paleto every time. I find it easiest to start from PB and work my way down to the last few Technicals in the valley behind Vinewood hills.

I mean if thats you playstyle, ok go ahead. If you like to have you product blown up by a squeaker in a hydra, thats fine by me. But i would like to understand why it also should be a challenge for everyone else!

 

And yes unarmed vehicle vs squad of hydras is unbalanced as f***.

You cant do anything to defend yourself in the export vehicles (cratevehicles and import/export cars) and all these f***ers need to do is to land one bullet of their explosive minigun in a 3 meter range around you.

 

Rockstar dont want you to play in private lobby because they want it to be a challenge? sounds fair enough to me......

 

Why?, ask Rockstar.

 

My guess is that their intention is to make a fun. challenging and risky set of PvP game-modes rather than a boring as all hell "go fetch!" game mode for people with too much time to grind away hours on hours for gta$, thus of course reducing the chances of them selling Cash cards?. I guess they didn't expect that the under-aged, fragile and entitled players would take such issue to it, or rather they just dont care #buycashcards

 

Running shipments is a game, it is supposed to involved risks, R* give you all sorts of options to minimize that risk and you are supposed to do them with a team. If there is a jet in the lobby, dont risk it. If you risk it then prepare to deal with the Jet, Its really very simple.

According to your post you also do not want it to be in private.

So im asking you: Why do YOU not want it to be in private?

 

By the way:

Not wanting to have his stuff blown up does not have anything to do with being under aged, fragile or entiteled.

You cant do anything against a squad of jets who are of the radar. And just because there is no jet in the lobby when you start the sale that does not mean that people cant get one during the mission.

 

I dont care either way,personally I play it how its supposed to be played and if my shipments are destroyed then thats just the way it goes, i know the game and the risks. I am simply stating that fact that the gamemodes are not supposed to be played in Private lobby, as so many people talk about it as if its an error or Rockstar got it wrong. Its their game, they decide and they decided its a public game-mode and its not designed to be done in a glitched/lagged empty session. If you want to glitch into empty lobby and take an item from one place to another completely unchallenged (sounds so boring) then all power to you, just dont complain when someone joins and plays the games as designed and destroys your gear.

 

There are all sorts of countermeasures against people destroying shipment. As for countering a pack of off radar jets! lol figure it out yourself, thats half the fun of the game!.

Dear Rockstar,

 

Why the **** can't I bring any vehicle from Office Garage 2 to the Office Mod Shop? The option (press D-pad right) isn't there and if I drive out of that garage and back in the Mod Shop isn't an option. All vehicles in Garage 1 and Garage 3 can be modified. I'm certain vehicles stored in non-Office garages can use the Office Mod Shop as well. If I stand at the elevator doors in Garage 2 I can walk into the Mod Shop.

 

In protest, I will report that the method to get free custom license plates had still not be fixed.

Can you show me a map of the subway tunnel entrance? Most of my stealing cars mission happens on Vinewood hills for some weird reason which is very much attack chopper friendly since I cannot drive in a straight line away from them. By the time I've descended down the hill I've already taken like 3k worth of bulletshots.

I would suggest practicing in those tunnels first to learn the route and layout before delivering a car through them. There are some dips and turns that would love to shed thousands off of your car.

Seriously? Have some patience; just reset the timer a few times, send out invites, and allow others to send invites themselves. It isn't that complicated and if you start with the minimum and someone drops out during the next screen--guess what happens. Yeah, that's right; the job will not launch at all. Besides, it's boring playing most of these jobs without a good amount of players and people are more likely to drop out in the middle of the match since fewer numbers affect the ending payouts.

Really? That is a really old thing man. Like people complain about it here every day.

 

The only armed air vehicles need passive disabled. Regular planes and helis need passive more than any other vehicles in the game.

I finally receive an invite to an actual race. Yes, that's right; not a stunt race, but a true R* verified race with a semi-full lobby. Oh, how I have missed thee.

 

The race went well; I finished first and no one seemed to drop out. Hey, this could be a promising session. The vote screen comes up and what does it include?

 

Yeah, all stunt races.

 

For f*ck sake, R; the voting screen has become such wank lately. First you change the first selections to all jobs of the same type (but decide to only include stunts) and then you take away one of the refresh options.

 

I am getting so sick of stunt races. They can be entertaining at times--some are good, some are beyond bad, but why? Why must you mix the two types together when searching and why can you not give us actual regular races during the voting screen after we played a non-stunt race?

 

Ugh. First heists killed contact missions and now stunt races have killed regular tracks. Only solution is to host your own and hope for the best, but even then, you will have to back out and relaunch (losing your lobby of players) if you want to do a regular race again.

Get a friend ready to put a bounty on him as soon he leaves passive...

 

I'm sure you can place a bounty on someone when they're in passive. It won't kick them out of passive mode, but it'll prevent them from re entering it.

 

Unfortunately, sometimes there's the chance they have company and immediately scurries off to offer their friend the bounty and then tactically enter passive again.

This is very true.

 

And even if there is a full lobby, it seems that more than half either quit or get dropped right after the job launches.

 

They also haven't fixed the scoring glitch in the new Adversary Mode; it's basically unplayable at this point--shame because it is quite fun when it works, but every time one person quits during the middle of a round, it f*cks the whole match up.

 

The game is really testing my patience lately; I either need a change of pace or I need a break. I'm not even sure anymore.

Yet you can in some other cars, even roofed ones. What's more, you can occasionally glitch a hat into a "forbidden" vehicle, so there's no reason it can't be enabled for all of them.

Rockstar is saying you cant do it in private lobby. I cant take people serious who just want the game to be catered exactly to how they want to play it rather than except the fact that this is how the game is designed by the people who made it, end of. I mean, you're in the right thread at least, this is designed for impotent bitching and moaning. The fact remains that in essence, you want the game to bend to your dull as hell concept of GTAO freeroam work and money making, thank god they dont cater it to players like you.

So, just got straight booted offline with an "unable to connect to R* services". Right in the middle of my Piracy Prevention

 

That's never happened to me before in all the time I have been playing.

 

Just reconnected and it gave me information about transferring a character... saying I can only transfer it once!! Wtf!? I have no idea what's going on.

 

All's working fine though. I don't know what that was all about, but it scared me a bit, not gonna lie.

Sounds like server disconnect and it couldn't retrieve your save data from R* side, I wouldn't worry about it, its happened to me a few times. It will resynch next time you log in if servers are ok.

Doing a crate run, Buzzard trip to location only to be told to take out the helicopter.

Ok, no problem, Im just about to fire and then get taken out by an A hole with an RPG.

Oh well, spawn back in, kill A hole, request new Buzzard and fly off after the helicopter.

Shoot down helicopter, find somewhere to land and look for the crate.

Find crate, cant pick it up......WTF it is just a crate, not flashing or anything and i cant pick it up or do anything.

Cant do anything until mission is over so try to blow up crate.....bastard wont blow up.

Randoms turn up and start shooting me when find they also cant cash in on blowing up the crate.

f*ck this, move on to new session.
