Anyone else's Interaction menu not working properly during special vehicle missions? I go to click it sometimes and it comes up with 'Volunteer to join an org......" and I can't access snacks or armour or anything at all and its lead to unnecessary deaths during the missions. Happens randomly and is f*cking annoying.

I've gotten the same problem for the past few days.

No idea what causes it, I always join those jobs by quickjob through the phone.

Maybe the host of the job started it from an invite-only lobby?

^ I know those missions are buggy if you start them as a party and more than one of you is a CEO, which shouldn't be possible but is. So yeah not surprising to hear there's other bugs relating to VIP menus.

Is this a fu*king joke?

'Double $$ on Special Vehicle Missions'.............'You Previously Left a Job...blah,blah, Bad Sport' etc....

You mean because I keep having to close the application because your game doesn't f*cking load properly you dicks. If you're going to do special offers, make sure the game works properly first instead of wasting peoples time with this bullsh*t.

Encountered 3 cheaters of different types within about half an hour tonight, one godmode cheater and two using a menu to make their pistols do insane damage (90% of my health in a single hit).

Disgusting that this is still a problem, Rockstar need to get off their asses and put some of the millions they've earned from shark cards into improving their f*cking game.

The import/export mission to steal the car off the barge with the cargo bob? Okay, maybe it doesn't win the gold prize, but absolutely gets at least Bronze for being one of the stupidest missions I've ever played. Never doing it again! What a complete waste of time!

So I drive way out to the middle of nowhere, kill 4 or 5 guards and steal the cargobob. Then I crawl out to the coast. I fly over, hook the car, fly back to the coast, set it down, and wait. SIX HELICOPTERS? Are you freaking kidding me? It's a mid-range car? It's not even worth the ammo I spent shooting down those helicopters. Why are there six helicopters? And why am I on the map now?

I thought the import car doesn't show up on the map until I export. Nope. Last few times, I've been showing up with a BIG announcement before I ever get to the warehouse: LOOK EVERYBODY! A CEO IS DRIVING A CAR! GO!!!! KILL!!!! STEAL!!!!!

So while I'm fighting the last helicopter, a couple people steal the car.

thanks a lot, Rockstar.

This game is a waste of time.

Repeat after me everytime you have to do this mission:

-Get the 'bob;

-Hook the car on the 'bob;

-Fly up and away with the 'bob;

-Beeline away to your warehouse with the 'bob when the Buzzard appears.

My repair bills are always less than a thousand everytime I use this method.

I do this but I have the snack menu open while hooking the car in case the AI has a direct view of your head.

I think you'd be lucky to incur less than a grands worth of damage I'd guess I take two or three with flying as fast and direct as possible to my warehouse. Maybe mine is further away.

Mine's at La Mesa, near that Vagos clubhouse.

I forgot to mention that if you fly between the skydcrappers in downtown LS, the AI helicopters will have issues to follow you, they might even crash in one of those buildings.

Had one incredibly buggy session doing Escape Escort, where the HUD and any kind of menu (including the main GTA menu/map!) failed to show - fortunately I don't need the map, so the CEO landed, I took over the helicopter, got us to the ramp buggies, and ...as soon as we got in and the next objective popped up, *boom* - HUD and menu options back and working as normal.

Cannot wear hat in topless Stallion. It even not comply with R* logic.

Yet you can in some other cars, even roofed ones. What's more, you can occasionally glitch a hat into a "forbidden" vehicle, so there's no reason it can't be enabled for all of them.

I'm digging the new adversary mode, Collection Time. I've made a bundle playing it for the past several days. But I'm so sick and tired of when the score is frozen and you can't do anything to change the tide. I mean, it's great if you're on the winning side, but for f*ck's sake!

Menstrual Deranged

I hate when people expect you to be some super awesome badass PvP'er just because you're a high level. I'm about level 314 now on Rhonda and I decided to grind some Collection Time for the extra RP and GTA$. I play free aim because I don't like to be assisted but I admit, I am bad at aiming and I do not have hair-trigger reflexes, okay? I didn't think I was doing too terribly most of the time but I got a couple snarky comments from people on my team about me not being better. Like, dudes, I got to this level mostly by grinding missions. NPCs are a lot easier to kill than other players. One guy presumed I've been playing the game "forever". I said, "Motherf*cker, I've only been playing this game since PC release and I rarely PvP, so lay off." He didn't really say anything else after that and I only got 4 kills less than him and 1 more death so wtf? Kind of wish we had a 3rd character slot just so I could start off low and not listen to the whining of disappointed asshats who get on my team thinking I'm going to be super awesome like them.

No Use For A Name

If you're gonna attach an anti-theft sticky bomb on the high end car you just stole, make sure there aren't any attackers on the way back to your warehouse.

And if you're dumb enough to try this, don't attach one on the back of the car, cause you'll go boom pronto

I had $40 mill like three days ago.

Now I'm down to $36. I don't even know what I bought. And now I'm too lazy to go grind that $4 mill back.

I know what you mean. I'm currently rank 588. I've been playing the game since it was launched on PS3. I used to be much more hardcore back then. I'd do PvP daily and would often flex back and forth between assisted and free aim. I was proficient at free aim, but definitely advanced at assisted aim. I was a f*cking beast. But I've definitely slowed down within the past year or so. Whenever I go into PvP these days I know there's this expectation for me to be some kind of God. But it's just not the case anymore. Due to work and...well growing up...I'm online much less to practice, let alone refine my skills. The other night I was mouthed off by some squeeker because he expected much more from me. I just had to laugh it off though.

I'm kinda in that same boat. I get sloppy sometimes, and sometimes I'm just not as fast as I need to be. And not to mention bomb scrubs. sh*t like that has dropped my skill some.

But, the other night I figured out that CEO's can just drop BST at their feet at will. And I have to say, it's changed my entire game. I feel like a dirty cheater, but the sh*t isn't know to very many scrubs, and it's just hard to not take advantage of them.

Wastelander (Suzuki)

I'm getting tired of the mindless retards in this game, that keep dumping half a small armies worth of bullets into me when I'm clearly in passive, wanting a CEO invite from them.

I hate the people who keep jumping out of the helicopter (in special vehicle missions) before we land. Usually committing suicide and making me exit the job quickly before the continue/restart screen starts to load. Just like when somebody dies when we're 3/4 of the way done with one of those missions. (use snacks and body armor, damn it!) Smh

Cloud services "down". f*ck off

I have no idea how some people are SO f*cking lucky and don't have this trouble right now. -_-

I'd delete this last update from existence if I could just play again, the problem didn't start until after it came. Been over a month since this problem started. All I want to do is play Online.

I had three randoms join an open lobby for the Wastelander SV mission last night.

The one guy asked to land a bit away from the objective so he could call an armored Kuruma. I told him I didn't think it was needed but put us in a good position for him to call it anyways, I just didn't get in.

Go into the objective on foot, killing NPCs...and notice that everyone has just moved on with the objective.

(Which I guess proves my point if I can kill more than half the NPCs solo on foot but anyways).

I jump into a Granger, drive to catch up. I find Kuruma guy half way on foot, dk what happened to the Kuruma.

He drives with me...and he's blowing up NPC cars with about 3-5 rounds from the micro SMG.

I can't imagine being so bad that you have cheated gun damage, and you still need a Kuruma against the NPCs in this game.

I really only do PvP in GTA in game modes, the vast majority of people with menu cheats don't bother to go into the PvP game modes.

Even if there's a special vehicle for every single player. I had a couple of geniuses jump out at the exact height where it's too low for them to be able to use their parachute and too high to be able to land without dying.

Next time I'm hosting any of those missions, I'll hover up fairly high above the objective for a good ten seconds or so, making sure they can jump out safely.

Just came back from playing RDR and now for the first time I really noticed how much the combat system in GTA5/online sucks.

I love shooting people in RDR and also fist fighting.

When you shoot someone in one knee/foot, he doesn't walk normal anymore, shoot him in the other knee/foot, he goes down on his knees and can't move anymore - but still alive.

Shoot someone in the knee/foot in GTA? Dead.

Fist fighting in RDR? Person goes down, gets up again etc. You can even tackle them to the ground.

Fist fighting in GTA? 3 hits, dead.

It's the same thing with GTAIV, R* clearly went for a more basic/less realistic system with V/Online.

Most people I see talk about it prefer the way it is/was in IV/RDR, as they should :p

"WHAT'S THAT? THAT DUDE WITH THE WEIRD NAME JUST DROVE PAST ME? BETTER PUMP BULLETS INTO HIM!" - Average GTAO player.

Sometimes I wish auto-aim wouldn't lock onto players within vehicles going at high speeds. Like, all it takes is some coding to make it so the lock on doesn't target players going past a certain speed. It's doable for sure.

inb4 people tell me to go to free aim lobbies
