GTA V Online is so sh*t. Players don't want to have fun and do the DLCs and missions and sh*t. They die once and they f*cking leave the game. The community is sh*t just like the players. I can't get anything done. Money if f*cking hard to get when you keep getting killed and sh*t.

So yeah, he doesn't know how to avoid getting griefed (or copy/paste), and that's the game's fault.

Just lost my musket and ALL of my rifles ammo. f*ck you rockstar. I lose my finale too.

Edit: wait what??! Did Rockstar removed the musket? I can't buy it in ammu nation

apparently musket is limited item so once you own them , you have to be careful not to lose it and when you do , better wait for next independence day tuna bowls

Couldn't play much lately so I missed out on most of the I/E bonus cash. Fair enough. Then new discounts are added-

 

Oh wait, only for the chosen "VIP" players random bullsh*t. Motivation to play the game is gone, they're going the retarded route where some people are special and get discounts on sh*t, others don't. Just, f*ck off with that sh*t.

 

Why should I f*cking bother to play at this point if some people are valued more just because of some f*cking random system/shark cards/R*'s interns playing darts using the servers. I can already see it next month, 30% sale on X80 Proto except it's only if you're the chosen few. Screw that.

Tried running prison break plane with randoms on hard. Easy money for everyone. I completely understand if players don't like to use the armored Kuruma, personally I don't drive it myself, but seriously, this guy was about 150 driving the ugliest dubsta 6×6. I mean It was ugly. We had a level 10 with us and another +100 driving a Kuruma, np for the low rank as long as he got in the guys Kuruma.

 

The guy driving the 6x6 was the one dying over and over. He had lots of kills but kept getting killed himself, if your dying I expect you to maybe switch your strategy or something. I text the kuruma "keep the low level alive." Jump in the plane right away and take off no problem. As I'm flying away the guy in 6x6 dies again. Holy f*ck I got frustrated. We start, I blow the f*cking thing up and tell him to get in the kuruma. He kills himself and leaves. FFS put away your failing ego and help the team help you.

 

(Yeah maybe I shouldn't have lost patients and blew up the vehicle but at the same time the guy being the highest in the lobby shouldn't be dying before a rank 10. If you fail one way try a different way.)

 

I shut the game off after that. At least I'm ready to go for when I have a team available.

I'd noticed this before, but actually doing it for myself drove home how mind-rendingly frustrating the pink slip race Import/Export thing is:

For one thing, the 'win a time trial-style street race against an NPC - then defend yourself when the whole thing inevitably turns ugly' format is almost exactly like a possible Tuner-themed mission I suggested to R* again and again throughout last year (back when my idea was to have an 'Import Tuners' thing, similar to the first Lowriders update, complete with full missions).

It's almost perfectly-implemented, except ...it's shackled to the whole 'everyone has to be a corporate fat cat working for SecuroServ' bullsh*t yet again. Why can't we do illegal races and car theft/sales as part of something more street-level, R*?

And to rub salt into the wound, when the backup goons arrive, they're in the Sultan RS/Banshee 900R, clearly styled to look sorta-kinda-not-even-close to the Lancer Evos and Mazda RX-7s from the Fast & Furious movies (Dom's RX-7 from 1, Brian's Evo from 2, and from 3, Han's RX-7 and Sean's training Evo). STOP REMINDING ME THAT THERE STILL ISN'T AN ADEQUATE RX-7 ANALOGUE IN THE GAME, R*.


...so yeah, mixed feelings about that one.

Also I didn't want to make a thread just to ask but does anyone know the purpose of "solo" lobbies?

 

I noticed they added the option in at some point and jumped in one to see if it was any different than invite only and I found out you can't even access the Securoserve/MC president portions of the interaction menu. Like I get not being able to do crate/import-export/MC stuff without others but why would it not even let you register as a CEO/president?

 

Why can you do that in invite only but not solo? Makes solo lobby seem absolutely pointless in comparison so I'm thinking there surely must be something I'm overlooking here lol.

I use solo lobbies when I just wanna get something very simple done (like change my outfit) that doesn't require a public lobby because they usually load really quickly.
