If you drive enough cars in and out of LSC to remove the Specter from the list, iFruit will work again. Just tested for myself. I used the CEO Office Garage Mechanic. I would put a car in, change plate color to another color, then back to original. Then back out of garage mechanic to select another car. I did that 10 times. Then my iFruit worked.

 

Also, after getting the app to work, I used my Specter and checked the iFruit app again. I could edit my Specter with the iFruit app like normal, no crash. However, I haven't tried to use the app with the Specter Custom though (as I feel it's the one crashing the app).

The fact that we have to use a sloppy, poorly thought out mechanic such as iFruit to design custom plates when it hasn't worked correctly since 2013 is just sad. Why can't that whole thing be ingame?

 

Also the unknown network error disconnect/cloud saving issue is seriously getting unbearable. Its been two weeks and still is constantly booting me/crashing the game.

I don't know if it's just me or my controller but when ever I go to fire a weapon it doesn't really fire (As in I got my aim on the enemy / other player) and when I press the trigger button to fire nothing happens, I have to hold it down but even then it's pure luck if it works. Might be GTA tho as I've noticed my controller, especially my trigger button works fine in other games.

 

Just tried it out in collection time and both times I managed to lock onto the other player but my weapon wouldn't fire resulting in me losing Thanks GTA. This is probably yet another glitch that won't be fixed if it's an issue to do with the game. Yep so I have to be the one suffering probably due to a bug.

It irritates me the amount of people that proudly state that they have OCD when they have nothing of the sort. If you like your cars arranged by size and colour or you don't like interior trash you don't have OCD, you just like things to be neat. If every time you switch the game off you have to exit and enter the garage fourteen times exactly or the world will end then you may well have OCD.

**I noticed that someone in the Specter vehicle thread managed to color the stock wheels on PS4, saying that the iFruit app worked for their custom Specter**

 

Maybe it's parts of the custom Specter that keep it from working? For instance, no side exhaust on that car... Maybe certain "newer type" mods are messing with the iFruit?

Its your controller, some games require R2 to be held all the way down to shoot but the sensitivity on it breaks.

This is why I'm boycotting all R* games in the future. THEY COULD NOT CARE LESS about the players, they only care about the huge bags of money they make. I've lost 15 top end cars because of my game freezing during a sale, they "could not verify it" and told me to get lost. Similar problems have happened other times recently, they only once game me $900k, that's it. Compared that to losing about $40m fairly. No wonder I HATE THEM!

The props in the tunnel are glitched and are invisible half the time, and the landing from the last jump is f*cked. 75% of the time your car will come to a complete stop just before the finish line. That race constantly fuels my rage, and I too noticed the disappearing props a couple of nights ago--one caught me out and more or less cost me the race. I don't think I've ever been able to land cleanly and properly finish during the last jump--it doesn't matter which car I use, it yields the same results.

 

Now we have to suffer two weeks with it as the Premium Race.

Those props in the tunnel have actually saved my ass a few times. People who don't know the map will hit them and totally knock themselves out. I memorized that sh*t pretty quickly.

 

But that random landing, yeah, that's bullsh*t. I've lost a few times from them. I've just started letting off the gas during flight, and it might f*ck your landing up less. Or, it could be placebo, idk.

 

And Plummet, god, f*ck that one. I used to LOVE that map, but everyone just plays like a dick now it seems. The first mile stretch or so, it always turns into a cockfight between a few douche's. The Chilliad track kinda has the same vibe too.

They autodetect "Ban" in your messages so no human eye will ever look into what you've written. To come back what you've written earlier: I don't / won't belive the ban is based on blocking ports to get your own free lobby. I do that since CEO dropped on three accounts and had never any problem / issue / whatever. From what I've read on the internet its most likely that you got your ban from your dropped money - not for getting it dropped but spending it. Even R* themselves professes that you won't get banned by receiving the money - "only" for spending it. But it's R*, we know nothing at all. Anyway, pressing my thumbs for you.

 

OT: Had a fullhouse yesterday

1. Went online - spawned on the other side of the map from the fwe others in this small session - went passive to check the new car at Benny - got kicked out of the lobby

2. Joined a race where all got frozen and moneybags raining on the cars

3. Joined a random heist afterwards (my comfort-zone) only to see Rambo tryhards fighting the Convoy on bikes and get killed over and over

4. Back in freelobby - instantly got dolls of my own spawned on me - change session with firewall portblocking on

5. wanted to get some crates to fill up my warehouses on myself (to finaly do something productive) the first five (5!) runs in a row where single pieces, so I had to fly 15+ times.

I am aware of this - for this reason, there was no 'ban' word in either of my appeals, just its synonyms and euphemisms. However, I labeled the second appeal as a "gameplay problem," but it magically transformed back to "ban issue" on its own.

One thing that grinds my gears is how you for example in Chiliad stunt race have to land your car perfectly on all four wheels down to the last inch to avoid your car from spinning. It happens on some cars only. Recorded a clip and took it to the editor to really see what's up.

 

Turns out that when you land with a fully lowered car from a big jump the suspension tops out and part of the car goes a little bit inside of the track and thus makes the car spin out or even come to a dead stop. That is only if you didn't excactly land on all fours, which is usually a very high accuracy demanding job and still it doesn't always work.

 

I guess this could be fixed by going stock with the suspension. Still most of the super class cars are very low on suspension by stock and spin out nevertheless.

 

Frustrating how many races I have lost because of this.
