Hate a lot of these modes to be honest, it's not even that it's the people, even with good people, it's so lopsided to one team, like in my earlier B&M. I just ended up driving around in the area on a Sanchez doing wheelies. The other team had the major advantage getting carbines and being on foot while we got a Sanchez and a sawn-off. I know it was a crew event and all but even they were all bitching how unbalanced these game modes are becoming.

They moved on from captures, deathmatches and that pvp stuff and headed to adversary modes as the new global pvp machine. I guess they want adversary modes to cover all the old pvp modes in the future.

Got the Tequila supply mission TWICE today.

It was annoying the second time because a group of players decide to wait at the f*cking door and gun us down...... we had no way of fighting until we got out! Seriously, f*ck this supply mission. I'd rather drive to Paleto and back than do this

So, I saw and tried out the new Hot Rod, and I'm disappointed.

In case you guys didn't know... This car has paintable stock rims, using the iFruit method.

I am sorry. I spoke too soon. Apparently, while you could technically paint those stock rims using the iFruit method... iFruit crashes because of the car (and all the new bikes too).

 

I tested it out all morning, and finally got into the LS Customs through the iFruit app. What I did to get it working again is that I drove vehicles (from before the biker update) out of my garages until no new vehicles showed up on my list of 10 in iFruit.

 

It worked. I got into the app. I was so happy! I was about to be able to change the stock rim color!! Yuuueeessss...

 

I pull the Rat Tornado out of my garage and the iFruit app immediately crashes.

 

Derp.

EDIT: All vehicles released since the biker update will immediately crash the iFruit app upon loading into LS Customs.

 

 

What I think will happen is the back wheel will turn the color of choice, but the front wheel will stay chrome (alloy wheels can be colored, but chrome doesn't change). Then you just pick the wheel of choice and the back wheel stays the color of choice while the front wheel changes and gets the color.

 

That's my theory/opinion at the moment, as I don't really know for sure. As soon as the app is accepting these vehicles, I will know for sure.

 

I am worried it won't work though because, the inside of the back wheel changes color when applying a color. Makes me think that is the only colorable part to it.

So I got the supply mission where you have to destroy crates to find the supplies, while avoiding guards. Best to use silenced weapons.

 

Alright then.

 

I sneak around for a minute or two, but wait... R* QA intensifies as it turns out there's a gang attack 'active' at the same location as the supply mission. Suddenly I find myself and my silenced pistol up against NPCs armed with assault rifles, miniguns and shotguns.

 

Ayy lmao. At this point, R* politely informs me that Gang Attacks are supressed while VIP/CEO/MC missions are active. "Supressed" in this case means: Dear player, the NPCs are still here. They'll still spawn reinforcements if you kill them. Just that, there's no reward crates, no cash or RP rewards outside of killing them. Enjoy the minigun troops.

 

A bit prior to that, though... things were not any less 'hilarious. Filled up my coke business. I'm asking around some friends if they can help me sell it. You know, just in case R* decides to bless me with a 3 post OP Van delivery. Moved away from my business for about 10 seconds...

 

R* throws a police raid at me. I arrive at the place, note that they're exhibiting the [MLG] xXx_sniper-terminat0r69_xXx 100% accuracy with a pistol tendencies and call for my Kuruma. Best not risk it. I'm in a solo session, so while jets are not a factor, hyper-accurate AI shooters are. A few minutes later, they're all dead. Then there's a riot van with my employees in it. Driven by a single NOOSE officer and no one else securing it.

 

Well that makes a whole lot of sense R*. 2 cop cars and a heli outside my empty(no employees, obviously) warehouse, Riot van goes alone. But anyway...

 

So I drive up to the van, try to shoot the driver. Bulletproof windows. Of course. Get in front of it and brake hard, to stop him. NOOSE officer makes the very smart decision of stopping at this point, and he gets out of the car. Obviously, it's safer outside.
He gets shot, I get cops on me for doing that... call Lester to remove the wanted level, drive my staff back to the business. All is well.

 

Walk outside, the Riot van I just arrived in... is locked. I need to request my PV again.

 

A few minutes later, after doing that, one of my friends is free to help. Alright, let's do this! I load up the sell mission. 420k, here I come. Respawn outside, only to see just my PV Contender.

 

So R* figured that, since I got two people... they might as well give me a sell mission that is like a 5 minute drive (in the Contender.) to two delivery points. And that's including me standing around, asking if the friend wants to take another car to finish this quickly. In a super car, I could have probably gotten this done in like 4 or 3 minutes.

 

 

GG R*, when I'm alone with just over 2.5 bars of product, 3 POST OP VANS. I bring someone to help out just in case you pull that sh*t again, I get quite possibly the easiest delivery in the entire game. Even the two brickade CEO warehouse delivery was more difficult since I had to leave one vehicle unattended(solo).

 

On a more serious note, at least they released the Tornado Rat Rod first, rather than going with the remaining bikes. Yay.

Easiest/laziest way to avoid actually looking for the crates, is to just pop in Ammunation, buy something or just briefly click on something. All of the crates disappear and the green one automatically appears.

I guess I'm a masochist since I went into a public session again. Anyway, I landed my miljet by LSC so I could call in a vehicle to modify (also took a pic of said landing because proof of stupidity). Checked the map, no idiots nearby. Go in, modify it for not even a minute. I come out, and there's a level 40 with a sticky bomb who blows me up and then the miljet.

 

Level 40.

 

Turns out he didn't know what passive mode was for an hour. That was some fun Insurgent x Motorcycle action. I will congratulate him on one thing: Dude actually knows how to drive a motorcycle and only crashed a few times because of civilians. One redeeming stat after being a complete and total sh*thead and taking it up the ass repeatedly for it.
