I've done this with many purchases. Most notably my hydra, I paid full price (very shortly before they got a 50% discount) and I'm not even mad. Lol.

 

At least I got my Aquarius yacht on super discount. I bought the cheapest and upgraded all on discount.. I'm not sure how much I saved but I think I saved like 6 million. Not sure though, can't remember exactly.

I got the idea to buy the cheapest yacht and upgrade to save money when all of them were on discount from another member here that made a thread or comment on a thread before I even decided to make an account here if I'm not mistaken.

Lost 5 outfits one character, 4 on the other. Not too big a deal; not having heist armor could have been a problem, but that team was horrible anyways (Pac Std: Hack - even without armor I get as many kills as the guy driving a kuruma, then we fail for the usual reason during the car chase: morons with sticky bombs blowing all of us up. On restart, we fail again because the one guy wont even get in the right car to trigger the checkpoint).

As I'm remaking some outfits, my real B&M: "This item is not compatible with your current outfit". FFS, why is putting together an outfit some horrible guessing game wherein I try to figure out which random item in which category has to be put on first before I can put on some other item?

Ugh, those postal vans. Not only are they slow as sh*t but the mission makes you get out of them at each location and walk to the damn doorway to place packages down by hand every time. Oh yeah, great, thanks guys, it's not as if we're on a strict time limit here or anything.

 

Why is this? We don't do this in CEO delivery missions (or even other MC missions). It just feels like a cheap inconsistent way to increase the "challenge". At least we're not plagued by infinite insta-spawning lime green Ballers the whole time, so every cloud I guess...

And even if there was no time limit you'd still be wasting so much time as opposed to boats (with goo denough location. Raton Canyon has the risk of beaching), Buzzards or my other favourite, Trashmasters. Now those things have some serious pushing power, can deliver at full speed (just line it up right) most of the time, and it actually has...

Yeah, I agree with the 2 mil bikes. While I could go "Well, if you don't wanna buy it you don't have to herp a derp" one thing bikes had going for them was that they were still relatively cheap, with the exception of the Lectro and Vindicator. The CS bikes weren't too expensive after all.

 

This does worry me a little bit in the future of what prices the newer cars/bikes will have. But oh well.
