Question, when you're raided, how does it work? Is it like CEO Warehouse raids where you just see a blip on your map of your cargo being taken away? Or is it like a defense mission where you have to go to your warehouse and defend it by killing as many NPCs in the area?

Kill cops at business then track down the riot van. No idea why she's bitching. Fastest, not slowest and I stopped the Riot van with my Insurgent while she took off after it on a motorcycle..

Game kept glitching today. Trying to cruise with some forum members and traffic is erratic. Then we fix our cars and drive into the airport. We pass the gates and drive and a plane spawns on me and explodes. my car doesn't get destroyed but it starts huffing and puffing. Real great right before a drag race huh? Then we try to do heists and my screen freezes so I have to restart and they have to wait on me.

 

But let's get back to the traffic.

 

Why in the F*CK is the countryside crowded with cars? Oh my f*cking god I can't express how much I hate that sh*t. I drive into the countryside to feel isolated. There should not be fifty million cars everywhere. The drivers are so damn slow and every time you're coming up behind a slow car there is another slow car oncoming so you have to wait to pass or pass on the right/dirt. And the spacing in between NPC cars is like 100 yards and every time some car is oncoming too. WHY!!!??

 

I just drove two miles west of my neighborhood today in my highly populated city and there was barely anyone on the road. So why is Blaine County so crowded with slow ass drivers?

 

So much this.

 

I grew up in SoCal, lived in the city there and in the boonies, and live in the desert close to the Az border now. The traffic in LA (or within 30 miles of it even) is HELL. Traffic in the game isn't even close to how bad traffic in the metro LA area is.

 

In the boonies? Especially after dark? You can go five minutes without even seeing another car on the road.

I didn't really appreciate how bad it was until I was doing that Faggio clubhouse dupe glitch thing. I bought the cheap clubhouse on Chaparral because it's cheap and close to an LSC, but I wasn't expecting traffic to be an issue on a short stretch of road out there. Traffic can be that way in a small town but just at lunchtime or if everyone gets off work at the same time.

 

The only real traffic jam we have out here irl is getting stuck at the railroad crossing.

 

In LA traffic is so bad, we once had to make a flight at LAX (driving from San Bernardino, about 50 miles away. Really not that far) and missed it by hours, because we took ONE WRONG TURN ON THE FREEWAY. True story.

I f*cking HATE, HATE, HATE doing some of the survivals now. With the last DLC you have to chase the AI down now on Sawmill and to some degree on Processed. They no longer come at you, you must flush them out.

 

Then there's that whole little issue of the AI red dots appearing AS they are shooting you. There is no reaction time and you can't fight what doesn't appear - until you are dying.

 

Only two conclusions - 1) extremely broken game or 2) R* trolling and forcing you to run and gun.

 

Either way, I f*cking hate it.

Damn those glitchy businesses...

One time I get 3 bars of stock for 5 bars of supplies, the next I suddenly get 1.5 bars of stock for the same supplies.

Not even that bad, but what really grinds my gears is when I get the messages that my supplies have arrived and when I check there's nothing there. Easily lost half a million in supplies in the past few days.

Only two conclusions - 1) extremely broken game or 2) R* trolling and forcing you to run and gun.

That happened to me today at the end of a Headhunter, I had one last target and suddenly I was Buzzardless. I killed the guy with a heavy mg real quick, got the notice I finished the Headhunter, my wanted level away, and suddenly I could all kinds of gunshots and I was getting hit and it sounded like cops yelling at me, but no red dots on the minimap and I couldn't see any NPCs shooting at me.

 

Then after I spawned some kind of secret service looking NPCs (still with no red dots) spawned too and were shooting again, but this time I could see them and shoot them.

 

Do they even test the game when they do a DLC?

My PS4 died so I can't play this until I get the new Pro version of the PS4 in November. It feels great having a nice break from this game.

I'm sure they do. They are just focused on macrotransaction generating content. Old content? Old BROKEN content? Nah, more important to take care of the money. The Biker DLC has had some whoppers of money glitches since it dropped. It shows you they don't bake the DLCs fully - or R*'s takes the cavalier attitude they'll fix it after someone ELSE finds it's broken. Since some of those money glitches have been patched, the game has gotten worse. Luckily, I'm on PS4 so it's still somewhat playable. The XBone people are really getting the splintery end of the stick with the game being far more broken there.

 

It makes the game no fun to play when the AI has such instant level shooting while you still are looking for them, plus the whole terminator accuracy thing.

 

And its a pity too, I've always loved survivals.

Sounds like Those NPCs were the remaining Headhunter body guards, they'll remain and continue hunting you until you flee or kill them. They can be brutal. Very powerful and very accurate. I've had it where they keep the pressure on after the job is done and they kill me 2-3 before I see them coming. They can be a block away and if you try to snipe they start sniping you but with what seems to be an assault rifle, only it's stronger and more accurate. been there man, a few times ... lol

F*cking miniguns and explosives, that's all people use any more. Tried to attack an MC doing Stand Your Ground, 3 of us VS 2 of them and they still won because of stupid spawns and just spamming explosives and miniguns constantly.

I miss GTA IV where you had 8 rockets MAXIMUM and that was it.

^ Sometimes, even in missions the radar will bug out and no one will be seen but you'll still get shot and/or killed. Those moments really piss me off.
