@DEADWOODZ There's apparently a shipping restriction in place for RDR2 on ShopTo. Hopefully not the same for SimplyGames.

"Due to a shipping restriction applied by the publisher the Red Dead Redemption 2 Special Edition will be shipped on Thursday the 25th October, on time for the Friday 26th October launch date.

This should not affect delivery of the item for release, but some delays can occur within the DPD network on rare occasions. Please be aware that we unfortunately cannot guarantee delivery on the release date to Non UK Mainland and some areas of Scotland. Once your pre-order has been put through to 'PROCESSING' or is 'COMPLETED' we will be unable to action any updates for you or cancel the order"

I'm going to tweet them now, they're usually pretty good at responding on there. Otherwise I may just leave my order open and hope they stay true to their 'ship it as soon as it comes in' policy.

Well, there is a possibility that it could happen. But they ain't really in the limelight yet like ShopTo...so hopefully they come through and deliver early!

They replied to someone asking about Red Dead yesterday and said they’d ship it out as soon as they had it in stock

There are BluRay discs that can hold more than 50gb. From what I've heard, the Xbox One can read these discs but there's no confirmation that the can PS4 can.

It's why I sold Max Payne 3 and never completed it.

There's way too much vegetation to be the desert.  They're somewhere in the grasslands, with the start of an evergreen forest behind them.

I wonder why R* doesn't stagger release dates around the world so everyone who intends to pick it up from the store, download ect can all have it at roughly the same time..
