2l;dr: I didn't have one single good experience with SG. Never again for me. Pre ordered at GO where I know how things roll.

You should! I think there's always its pros and cons with everything. Sometimes it's nice to have a game digital. But I don't like how the gaming companies are allowed to take down game downloads. Imagine you want to play RDR I now and you bought the digital version. It's fine. But if Microsoft or Sony removes them from store, you won't be able to download them again. If they're deleted, they're gone for good and you can't charge them damage. At least not in Germany. 
This won't be an issue for RDR II for a long time, so no one has to be worried, but it's a matter of fact. You could probably sue them in the US though, as you can sue anyone for anything over there.
 

Ok. I am lucky because for me it is only 8km to SG. 

You need to know that SG is a very small company with only a handful of employees. Even the owners mothers works there. But, they are after amazon the 2nd biggest dealer in DE. So, they are trying their best really. 

 

For every email I sent so far I always received an answer within a couple of hours.

The game is 105 GBs.

 

It would take me 2 weeks to download 55 GBs.

i guess what happenes to COD now will happen to rdr, i remember someone in here told us the playstation version has ~105GB, while the xbox version could have sth like ~50GB

so i guess the game will arrive on 1 blu-ray disc, containing 50GB, the other half you will have to download on gaming day then (or am i completly wrong? i am not up to date with the non-physical gaming business nowadays lol)

Question: Here in Perú we can get every game almost one week earlier to its release date (for example, AC Oddysey was available on october 1th). Being that way, my local game provider told me that RDR will be available since wednesday of the following week. Do you think I am gonna get in trouble if I play the game before its official release date (since this would be my first time taking advantage of this Peruvian situation)?

I have this overwhelming urge to take off the scarf though. Im like, why so layered up, seems hot. But he probably always have to have SOME scarf on for the bandit option. I never put a beard on Michael or Franklin either. Besides trying to replicate a Zorro look for Arthur, Im going to keep him lightly dressed for "summer" time.

Man, I can't wait for RDR2. I've been able to control my hype since it was announced but with how close we are getting, knowing it's nearly here....seeing all the gameplay...it's hard. 

 

AC: Odyssey has helped but nothing compares to RDR2.

I dont understand the extra bonus for buying Digital. They act like youre saving THEM money because they dont have to give you a disk, so they'll pass that "savings" to you. But yet they still charge same price for digital.

lol the "savings" they give back are just digital money that they can make an infinite amount of

 

it's genius from a marketing perspective, costs them nothing
