Just like E3 2013, where GTAV was on both stages. PlayStation introduced a bundle and a headset and Xbox said GTAV is coming to Xbox 360.

does this suggest that there will be like a stat system, like a visible one with numbers or meters that fill up THPS/San Andreas style?

One thing that people might have glossed over though: Camps confirmed in online. That TrustedReview leak is looking veeeeery solid now, hopefully fishing isn't something that got dropped.

I think it was always true... I mean they showed screens that still hasnt been released by rockstar

I don’t think fishing is in anymore. They probably would’ve shown it off in the demo or in a screen by now if that were the case. 

 

Which is something that saddens me deeply I might add.

Yes and we have a character we can customize, how in depth in terms of outfits and customization? idk. Seeing that we can get talisman and medallions fors spurs and boots i can only imagine the extent they will go.

I'm quoting my post because I read this...

 

"The Nuevo Paraiso Gunslinger Outfit: This exclusive Story Mode outfit for Arthur is inspired by the clothing worn by vaqueros and banditos south of the border. The outfit features a wide brimmed black cowboy hat, deep indigo coat, worn denim chaps, leather gloves and boots. "

 

...They describe in detail every piece of clothing so I'm guessing that we probably CAN buy clothing items seperately.

 

Also different horse saddles confirmed.

It's still mind-boggling to me that you need to pre-oder a physical and a digital edition to get everything, since the cash bonus and treasure map is exlusive to digital, and steelbook and world map exclusive to physical (obviously).

I certainly hope so. Starting with a small stat boost that can be eventually attained in game isn't a big deal. But if people who pay less for the standard edition have a lower base health that can't be increased, well that would be bullsh*t.

no i think fishing is still in there. They can't show EVERYTHING in the demo, that would make the demo longer then 40mins. They showed just the core of the game in that demo.

to add to this theory.. R* suddenly makin san andreas BC after RDR2 is up for pre order.. maybe theyre preparing us for some similar features in that game returning in RDR2!!!

I hope it will be similar to the War Horse and additional outfits in the original RDR, where they were exclusive content initially, but were made available to everyone through DLC. But yeah, I'm a little bummed out about that too. Although I'm not sure I'm gonna spend the extra money for special edition, as while I do want to pay the extra bank job, I don't really like the sound of starting with a stat boost and with extra weapons: would feel like cheating to me.

It's funny if you go to the Xbox Store RDR2 (Standard Edition) has a 5 star rating, because of one voter. And that voter is me. I rated RDR2 a couple of months ago 5/5 and later they disabled the option to do so. But they didn't erase my rating. lol

After evaluating the editions, I'm probably going digital with the UE and I will just look up photos of the physical map and steelbook online. Kinda stupid if you ask me^^

I will buy the ultimate version and maybe the box. Hopefully I can turn off the bonuses. I want to have no advantage in my first round ... was also possible in RDR.

 

I like everything  ... except the War Horse Ardenner? A draft horse? That looks really ridiculous ... the proportions aren't right.

 Yeah it's one of the main reasons I don't preorder games the extra bonuses feel like cheating in a way.

100% sure they'll come as codes within the case, so just don't activate them I guess?

Yea, i could do without the extra weapons tbh. I'll probably just store them in my horse if they're too OP. As we all know we are only allowed to carry 2 guns at a time (three if you have 2 revolvers and a rifle.) And also dynamite and knifes and stuff. I mean the volcanic pistol is returning, i'll probably keep that one.

In Rockstar's description of the special edition on their website it says the exclusive bank robbery takes place in the southern town of Rhodes, yet more evidence to support the leaked map - there is a town called Rhodes in the southern part of the leaked map. It also mentions the Del Lobos gang have a made their hideout in a hacienda. A Spanish sounding gang whose hideout is in a hacienda, the Spanish word for estate...Evidence we may return to Mexico? 

The Spanish Empire did used to extend into what is now Texas, Louisiana, etc, so maybe not.
