Strange, where did you see this? I only know of the Official Xbox Magazine that was merged into GamesRadar and has its homepage here: https://www.gamesradar.com/oxm/

A Spanish guy, wich has been correct on the Persona 5, God of War and Uncharted 4 Collector's editions preorder-openings, says that they will be able to preorder in an hour.

 

He may be wrong (I think he is), but who knows.

There is no collectors edition.

 

The collectors box is sold seperately to the Ultimate Edition.
