Don't worry, GTA V Next Gen also had a cash bonus for Singleplayer as a Pre Order Bonus, and that game also doesn't have Singleplayer Microtransactions.

I hope they do a gameplay trailer but a hot chick is narrating everything. I can already see it: "Explore RDR2's open world and live out your wildest cowboy fantasies"

Kind of like the one they did with GTAV online trailer.

What are you looking forward to more, RDR 2 singleplayer or multiplayer? I personally don't like multiplayer that much. I'm more in it for the story and to experience the world on my own without people shooting me down all the time

I'm more excited for Single Player but more curious about multiplayer. I imagine it will take a lot from GTA Online but I have a hard time picturing exactly how that will work and what it would play like.I don't have high hopes that it'll be much fun but I'd love to be proven wrong.

Great talking about the game! For me the highlight was the mention about the attention to details, when he said the way Arthur kneels down to reach the box of the fisherman, and he open everything individually, like rifling through the bags, satchels and drawers and taking what's inside, and u get to choose which one to search.

 

Amazing! So stoked about this feature of small things containing even smaller things.

So, it's a week from E3 and we know the man in the blue shirt and suspenders will not be there to mess people's money. This is one of my favorite moments of the year, but I'm not creating high expectations, I'm just curious to see the experiences of the future. Anyway I will be aware of anything related to: Cyberpunk 2077, Splinter Cell, TLOU2, Fallout76, BGE2 and etc.
And what do you guys want to see in this E3?

Though it got delayed, I hope to see some gameplay for Metro: Exodus. Also: Metroid Prime 4, new Smash Bros, Bayonetta 3, Soulcalibur 6, whatever FromSoft was teasing (hopefully either Bloodborne II or Tenchu), and Kingdom Hearts III.

 

Would like to see what Ghost of Tsushima is supposed to play like. There's also been speculation that Hitman: Season 2 will be announced, which would definitely make me happy.

Exactly what I was thinking... Really does seem in this case like a R* thing to do..? So excited!!! Before info comes out they usually do hints before it happens.. example, the newswire posts being moved and liking red dead related tweets from months ago... (The double action revolver tweet last holiday that they randomly retweeted) nice new layout by the way! Hello partners

They probably use "Story Mode" because the Online portion will have a separate money balance, just like GTA V, so they have to somehow distinguish between the two.
It doesn't tell at all whether or not they're going to half ass the story.

Same here.. Purely looking forward to the Single Player campaign. First thing I'm gonna do is ride on my horse and look at the sunrise or sunset as the music takes me in to the world 

 

And as far as E3 is concerned, tons of unannounced games maybe revealed. Personally hoping & looking forward to these..

• Last of Us II

that also has made me wonder about it as well if it's gonna be some single player micro-transactions a foot 
i'm hoping it's just like the pre-order was for GTA V with them giving you some money to start with.
which really i'd prefer not to have the money because it feels like your cheating.

Cyberpunk 2077 and a potential Fable 4 announcement is actually the only thing I'm looking forward to. I'm still excited for the other games, I won't buy them though.

The name of the mode means nothing. We all know RDR2 will have an online mode, they have to distinguish them somehow...
