Yes and in Blackwater no less. I hope if he does show up, hes not tied to any missions or anything, he just shows up as an NPC shopkeeper ala Herbert Moon. I think that would be a great way to highlight that all the NPCs are important, not just props on the background.

I feel like some af you just want all the RDR characters back, I feel like Rockstar needs to show some restraint with returning characters outside of Dutchs gang. Add too many and his starts to look like a Star Wars prequel, and who wants that??

I feel like this game is really going to make you feel guilty for doing bad things, like when they mentioned about robbing the fisherman and his dog will alert him, think i'd feel guilty stealthily killing his dog and then stealing what he'd caught and his money.. leaving the guy with nothing

But it sure will be fun too haha

Three quick questions:

 

Is the guy in the gang called Sean McGuire or Sean McCullough?

 

And who says in the trailer "You have to love yourself a fire. It's one of the blessings. Sure we can have fire. And we can have the knowledge of fire. But with that comes the knowledge of everything."? -> I at least know this is not Dutch.

 

And who says "Sons of Dutch, makes us brothers."? -> And this is certainly not Micah Bell.

 

Both of the characters you say aren't saying these things are the ones who say them.

 

We actually see Micah Bell finish off that line. Meanwhile Dutch is being spoke about in the previous clip before it cuts to that narration, which still does sound like him just in a lower tone compared to what he says at other times during the trailer. Not to mention what he says about fire is exactly in line with what he'd be expected to say.

Isn't this line followed up by ''and sometimes, brothers make mistakes'', with a shot of Micah talking to Arthur? I just assumed that was Micah talking.

For like the millionth time, the Fire speech is NOT Dutch. It sounds nothing, nothing like Benjamin Byron Davis, whatsoever. The voice doesnt even have the same accent as Dutch! Smh cmon people

Are you serious? It starts right after Hosea is talking about Dutch - why would they cut to someone else other than Dutch at that point? And it does sound like him - just not in the more shouty tones we hear him at other points in the trailer. Just listen to what is being said - who else would be saying something like that other than Dutch?

Cannnot tell if you are trolling or not. So you are telling me that Dutch is the only person who can spout philosophy??? Plenty of people could be saying that, who knows? But it is 100%, without a shadow of a doubt, not Dutch or Benjamin Byron Davis saying that line. Sounds nothing like him and does not have the same accent as Dutch.

We don't even know which weapon it will be though, could be anything.

Im just making a educated guess. The first 1 was a double action revolver they have stated that rdr2 will feature real gun mechanics such as the double action and single action revolvers so like i said after the first treasure hunt. It would be brilliant to know introduce us to the single action later on and sure enough look another 1. So yea i do think its the single action revolver. I don't know for sure but ill bet the house that's what it will be.Id say the same, would be interesting if they added a repeater into the game, who knows, could even be clothing Antique relic, that sounds like clothing?

I agree, it's incredibly annoying. For RDR 2 to be a good game we need new refreshing characters with the mix of the known guys. Any time they spot someone they haven't seen they go with the theory it's someone from RDR 1. Let this game be RDR 2, not RDR 1.5.

Yeah I dunno it sounds like Dutch with a more serious tone. I also live with an audio engineer whos job is to mix and master audio. He also believes that it is Dutch but again, who knows. Im not going to assume that Im right and start shaming others who disagree
