Doesn't that have to happen eventually though ? I mean we're 6 months from release, and they have to find a way for both games to co-exist.

I don't know. The next GTA Online update is supposedly coming out in late May.

red dead redemption 2 doesn't exist according to rockstar

 

seeing as gta online has had the spotlight for 5 f*cking years now and rdr2 has had literally 4 articles written about it

Damn, that was in November 2012?? A year before release. Well to be fair about 6 months from the spring date, but still that would mean we should be getting something soon for RDR2 since we're at the 6 month mark. Edited by phenetole

If I was R* I´d let e3 pass by, let all the hype for the newly announced games settle a bit and wait for *MY* moment.

 

I´m betting on a pretty intense 3 months marketing push that will probably be kicked off by GameInformer.

 

I don´t see RDR2 being on the next GI cover though. And the one after that will probably be e3 themed in some shape or form.

Already mentioned few pages back, if TR is indeed the next GI Cover, then that is absolute BS. Considering they had their reveal and everything today as well. Press got the chance to go hands-on with the game as well.

Traditionally GI's E3 cover is the August issue, not the July. Still two potential issues there that could be RDR2. Could being the key word of course.

What an absolute joke, this week had so much potential and yet they still update with crappy gtao updates, I will not be surprised in the slightest if they delay to 2019. Rockstar is just unpredictable.
