Except I wasnt making a joke. Tomorrow is a working day and Rockstar can reveal news whenever they like or whenever they plan to. Are staff legit not allowed to be hyped or speculate now? I can understand in light of there being nothing today that everyone is upset, but all this melodrama isnt helping anyone, the game is still only 6 months away lol.

 

Sure, get hyped and speculate. But you should probably not play along with trolls and let them run their mouths without consequences anymore. THAT is why people are upset. UH Troll was allowed to run his mouth with zero proof to his claims other than some user on Resetera spreading the same rumor. You guys let him, and even played along with him; one of his older topics was even unlocked! There is zero evidence to back up his claim, yet he is still active here (not that he'd show his face after this sh*t - at least on that account). After Pinkerton, Spider said that any claims would have to be verified... until anyone can actually prove UH Troll's claims, there is no credibility for this site anymore.

And to add one more thing: if the mods/admins truly do know something that we don't - as I said yesterday a few times: Either tell us or stop f*cking teasing. Literally everything that happened today could have been avoided had the team said something like, "Hey everyone, UH Troll has provided evidence that his claims are accurate and that the rumors of news coming soon are accurate." But they didn't, and now they have this mess on their hands.

I remember the same thing happening with Yan on numerous occasions... 99% of his sources were spot on but the dates in question were always iffy leading him to unfortunately lose credibility. Doesn't make him any less credible as an overall leaker though.

For real bro.. like i said, im still optimistic, and this sh*t usually doesnt get me down but really this is just enough is enough. Im not even mad at R*, in fact not even at the whole spectacle of today nothing happened after teases. im mad at the bs that is being allowed to go on here even after the fact... It hurts the people i have come to respect and like being around ever since i finally made an account. Have a great week/weekend guys just know sh*t will get better. And like i said as upsetting as it is, dont even listen to admin "hints" truth is they are all human too with a different position. This RDR2 drought is all a big joke to a lot of people. Will be back on the game informer countdown whenever that is. Have a good one :) peaceofficer, out.

Most definitely. Take Two and Rockstar are a f*cking mess this console generation. Ever since that filth called GTAO these two companies changed for the worst. But that's nothing new and i doubt it will ever change. Maybe only get worse after Red Dead Online to be honest.

 

As if the delay in February wasn't bad enough we're already talking about and expecting another delay. I am so sick and tired of the bullsh*t this company keeps spewing every goddamn time and not learning a damn thing. If the game isn't ready for October, for sure they knew this in February already. It's better to not expect a goddamn thing and just let things happen. I'm just glad we have tons of great games left to look forward to still.

 

I'd love to be wrong and that we can all look forward to playing this potential GOTY this October though. We'll see eh?
