Honestly dont even know what to say. Theres a lot of new pages and all the rage i can tell there was, just seems exhausting... i skimmed through and that was enough. I wouldnt jump on the delay boat yet till at least after the conference call (rea lly dont think it is being delayed again) try not to think irrationally. R* always does marketing 6 months before release, today just hit 6. Literally can be any day now. Everytime delays happened it was 5-6-7 months with hearing nothing. We are at month 3 almost.

 

Take that in for a second.. and about the riddles that have NOTHING to do with anything tf is wrong with you? Really you got nothin better to do but f*ck with a bunch of passionate people who already are pained and STILL havent given up on R* or red dead?! I dont wanna contribute to any fire but straight up theres a lot of you i respect, but some of you are also such assholes. Seriously all the sarcasm to other members/putting people down really i wish this place could be more civilized and that is not in a joking manner this time. Theres a lot of immaturity here and constant flame towards any and everyone on anyday. That is what i dont like about this place. Im not gonna name names either, i think people here know who im thinking of, and if you get defensive and feel the need to say "im not an asshole" irony is, you probably are the asshole im talking about. Dee did NOTHING wrong. All he did was spread the "info" if he stretched the truth a little yea thats a mistake but otherwise, it was all just hype we were led to believe it does not matter if it was confirmed or not. Tf you think a bunch of red dead fans seeing "is it thursday yet"? From mods who run the damn site is gonna make them think?! There is plenty of guilt in here of leading people on and that sh*t is not cool!!

This is exactly why you should take rumors with a grain of salt. You never want to become deeply involved with them because this happens. Now people are angry and disappointed at R*, the mods, and other users for deciding to believe in an unconfirmed rumor. Who's fault is that? Yeah, the mods should have stopped the rumors from gaining traction like locking the Usher Hall thread, but maybe next time don't believe in unconfirmed rumors so easily. If people would stop speculating and hyping themselves up over rumors, we would not be having this issue. Some fault goes to the mods but the fault also goes to the individuals themselves. It is fine to get a bit excited and curious when you hear a rumor about something your looking forward to, but you need to learn to not get too over-hyped over it and sadly a lot of people did on here. And to be honest, people really reached when looking for clues. No one gave a confirmed date or time. It was speculation that gave us this unconfirmed date, so you can't really be mad at mods when they never gave you a straight answer.

 

I was a little excited today. I was hoping for news today and I am disappointed to see GTA:O posts, but I didn't really expect much beings this was coming from an unverified source. We never received a specific date either. Users on here speculated the date so I don't think we should crucify the mods for lying. Perhaps they do know something is coming very soon but today isn't the day for the news. I think we should give it some time and see if the mods can get some Redemption from all of this. Time will tell.

Im staying optimistic and going with my original belief that RDR2 (yes with no tease) is the GI cover and everyone lives happily. But im not guessing anymore whats gonna happen when, its too exhausting. f*ck it. It happens when it happens idgaf if someone posts a pic of arthur or john or anybody unless it comes from R* or someone with proof at the least. I hope others follow the lead, ya wont be disappointed this way..

 

These cryptic code assholes just like to f*ck with you for their own entertainment. They wanted this meltdown. And theyll keep doing it till we stop paying attention to them and their bait.

You guys lost a lot of credibility and respect, not that you would care (otherwise you never would have ran with it). Should you receive death threats over it? No. But are you really surprised that people are pissed off? All of this could have been avoided. Yet the UH troll was allowed to talk all his sh*t (you guys even unlocked one of his previous threads) and you let him without any proof, and some of you even went along with his game. This forum is now no better than the RDR subreddit. I hate to say that because I enjoyed coming here and discussing the game with people. Now that's been ruined.

 

EDIT: UH Guy hasn't even been banned? Lmao great job admins. That puts the cherry on top of all of this.

I can't help but feel that at this point something is just wrong. Am I thinking of a different developer or have several important people left Rockstar already? I recall something like that. Plus why does it take months for a new update when Newswire clearly said coming weeks? Even for them this is just weird.

 

Also, maybe it's just me thinking this but what if Take Two simply isn't in a hurry at all because that cursed GTA Online is still being played by so many people and buying those goddamned shark cards? How many delays do you need to polish some things up? Yeah I know, jumping to conclusions here but I just don't believe for a second May will bring good news. Unless you consider a few screenshots and news of another delay good news. That's where I'm at now.
