Why on earth, would I want to get hyped to get let down? Rather than just having measured expectations, and NOT being let down.

 

It just doesn't make any sense, and sounds like apeasement to the bullsh*t "prank" or whatever, that people pulled on us.

 

If I would imply malice(which I am not), then one could even assume, that they did it for the additional traffic on the website.

But I don't think that is the case though.

I'm not really up to date on who the 'big boys' are in the games media, aside from IGN and Gamespot ofcourse.

How likely is it they just didn't invite him? Was he invited in the past by R* Games to one of the earlier behind the scenes previews?

 

Jason is definitely one of the 'big boys'

He has many sources in the industry and has leaked alot of stuff. He works for Kotaku. I don't know whether R* invites Kotaku to these kinds of events for previews or not.
