If they know something that we don't, and they aren't in an NDA they should just tell us. After Pinkerton I'm not sure anyone is OK with being led on a wild goose chase with ridiculous riddles.

 

And if they are in an NDA they should stop teasing us and wasting our time and let us find out with the NDA/embargo lifts.

 

And if they're trolling and mods/admins are aware or in on it - well that's just unprofessional.

Can I just quickly chime in (hey, hi, been lurking and reading everything) and say it's absolutely incredible how fast the mood of the forum changes from earlier this afternoon to earnest excitement to tonight anger and bitterness. Which is totally okay, not complaining but it's a cycle that happens anytime there's a modicum of hope. This drought has reached a tipping point imo.

 

Also have been keeping up with the UH thread and if mods/admins are dicking around with people that's suuuuuuper lame, but I honestly don't get that vibe from that group? Deliberately obtuse, sure. But unapologetically cruel and making sh*t up? Nah.

Which is understandable ... Like, we can only go for so long, with so little and if it seems like there may be a chance of some news, f*ck, ANYTHING happening at this point, the excitement is warranted. Hell, I got a little giddy this afternoon reading everything, lol. But, with that said, I think sometimes people here look a little too deeply into things and start setting themselves up for disappointment but whatever, y'know? Whatever helps pass time.

 

Also, ITA with you about the OP. Seems to me as though they're someone who saw something or talked to someone who saw something, ran with it, and started making anything that could remotely fit the situation into "clever" little riddles. Idk, idk. Time will tell.

Anyone ever seen that episode of The Twilight zone that takes place in the old west, and there's a mysterious stranger who comes into town, and some sh*t happens, and they find out he's an alien, and think hes up to no good, and so they form a mob and kill him?

At the end they pick up the box he had and it was a piece of paper saying something like "Hello earthlings. we come in peace and wish nothing but peace and prosperity for your people. In order to show you this we have brought a gift. the following is a cure for all forms of cancer.." and then the rest is burnt because they lit it on fire before they opened it. lol

 

I think the alien is spider and we are a mob of crazy drought-stricken people.

TL;DR
We can't hang a man as long as there's no proof he has committed a crime! lol

Look this is what it is: something happened when the Usher Hall thread went live to suggest some validity which is why it never, and still hasn't, been shut down. In the weeks since other evidence has come up to validate that info. There's just no concrete details of what happened and obviously the OP of the other thread isn't giving it up or is being cryptic to save his or the sources ass.
