God of war will win GOTY

What the f*ck are you on about? We know jack diddly about RDR2. And HoW isnt that impressive graphically. Especially near the end and the boat gameplay sequences.

Why is GOTY such a big deal? If GOW wins or if RDR2 wins does that really make one better? I mean there isn't one goty award either, each outlet gives one out. I am sure both games will be great in their own right. We should just enjoy them for what they are instead of worrying about these arbitrary awards.

Call of Duty Black Ops 4 is going to have its own reveal event in May. I'm 100% sure Nintendo will save Smash for their E3 Direct. Same goes for Pokemon Switch.

P.S: Not really a good idea to compare a linear title with an open world one.

Honestly, Rockstar would be better off just dumping all the info on their site (along with a third trailer). there's no reason for them to go through a middleman anymore imo, they'll reach just as many people (or possibly even more) by dropping the news on their own platform
