Red Dead Announcements have been any day of the week...no specific day...just gotta be alert on any day & at any moment....

god of war is coming... after that we might get some news.

We have a date set for october, no more delays, next month everything should start rolling, i'm sure.

Well, in a 6 month period they need to still:

 

Release more substantial screenshots

Explain the game in depth

Release a cover art

announce editions of the game e.g special edition / collectors

Release a new trailer

Release multiplayer info

Do a cover on a site like gameinformer

Give the website an update (red dead 2 official site)

Release gameplay trailer like gta 5 (maybe)

This is something I've been questioning too tbh. I've never seen a hat with a band similar to the one Arthur uses. Someone suggested in the Screenshot thread that it might be a bull-whip, and I think they're right. Apparently whips can actually be used as a hat-band for cowboy hats, although I couldn't find a whole lot of information about the historical origins of that technique. I think this lends credibility to the idea that Arthur is/was a rancher, because that would easily explain his use for it.

It's best to not even mention the possibility of info coming out on x day. As soon as people speculate a date, nothing happens on said date. It's like R* cares the most about the info beining unexpected.

Yeah, nothing to see here today. In a few weeks I think. No point in expecting anything. The game was announced too early, thats just an error and they know they messed up again. Oh well.

Taskmaster's in the game. A couple of popular Marvel landmarks like the Avengers Tower, Sanctum Sanctorum and the Wakandan Embassy are known to be in the game as well, we know that thanks to GI. There's also the Avengers Project which is in development by Crystal Dynamics (Devs of Tomb Raider) i wonder if they're connected...

Yeah, they announced their partnership with Square Enix a year ago. The Avengers game is the first game in a lineup. The second one's going to be Guardians of the Galaxy as reported.

yes exactly. This is much like what I was saying how I feel like R* literally has to throw you off guard everytime or you get nothing. Maybe they even change their date if they see a leaker posting the supposed time of the annonouncement
