I mean the next gta online update is coming today. Why are you guys still expecting for something rdr2 related?

Ok lol that was expected, clearly they have their tweets scheduled but either way, R* can easily RT game informers post. Its ridiculous gta o could ruin that.

 

1. We are 6 months from release *typical R* marketing time just about

2. 6 months before gta v was supposed to be out before a delay, it got the GI cover in november 2013 before game was gonna release may 2013.

3. Andrew tweeted "whats your most anticipated game and why" in february, most people commented RDR2 and he is writing this article being revealed today...

4. The fan cover last month was a tease of red dead, and RDR2 is game informers most anticipated game of the year.

 

Extra; westworld starts again april 22nd. Rhe western hype will be crazy coming up..

 

Did i miss anything?lol this is all still speculation but in a nutshell, thats why. Oh and also rockstars newswire post "a lot more information in the coming weeks" sounds a lot like a GI cover. But i personally wont be disappointed, news will come soon regardless so i dont have any "lesson" to learn. Im just fine actually.

In that case I believe RDR2 will indeed be the GI cover. I'm pretty sure around that time GTA V's release was slated for March 2017, which was 5 months after the GI reveal. I know it got delayed but still.

 

If a GI reveal happens next month that will also be 5 months before release (October 2018). I think today could be the day.

Tbh, if i know that 100-1000 of people want a rdr2 cover and i wrote the cover but it's not rdr2, then i wouldn't want to sleep either.

R* cares about RDR2 as much as we do, as much as some people dont wanna believe that... remember gta online is one team out of hundreds of thousands of R* who are working on RDR2/also the online mode . Yes, its mostly RDR1 with a hint of RDR2 screenshots in there, which is why i think it was a straight tease. They said themselves they only did it to make people think finally!! RDR2 cover!
