People want it to be Karin because that is the way it should be. The Dinka Jester (NSX) is the one that isn't named right.

buy the nightclub and whatever else to make money and go from there. Just be picky about what you purchase, maybe hold off until there are some tutorials up

I was thinking this also.  Like a smaller heist where we have to go get the party favors for Friday night type of thing.  Final mission we have to rescue/kidnap the dj.  Each dj would have a different day or club to set up the party for

Mach was speculating we had 4 dj's, and we get 4 t-shirts possibly corresponding to a club each...so that could be a possibility

Granted, this might just be whoever at R* North is covering writing duties while the likes of Dan H. have moved on to RDR2 long ago, but it'll be interesting to see if/when R* hits that same point of 'fossilisation' as South Park, whereby last decade's 'edgy provocateur shtick' doesn't move with the times, and just becomes someone's Fox News-watching uncle, ranting about 'millenials this/that', and telling them pesky kids to get off the lawn...

 

Probably already well underway, considering the surface-level 'deep state' ramblings from Ron in Smuggler's Run (c'mon, R*, you can do more interesting spoofs of conspiracy types than that kind of low-hanging fruit), and pretty much anything coming from Avon Hurtz (see wot they did there with the name? ) in DDH.

 

 

...and now I really hope Chris Cantamessa is co-writing RDR2, like he did for RDR - I get the feeling that his input is what lifted that game from 'obvious writing is obvious' (like GTA V) to the more nuanced, memorable storyline it actually had.

As for that floating bush thing, I ...don't see it? Just looks like the angle of the hill in that particular lighting, so you've got a bluish slope with green bushes on, but they're not actually floating in mid-air.

I've seen several areas on PC where land doesn't seem to meet properly or bushes and foliage is out of place or floating, so I wouldn't be surprised.

I made a jab at Fox New-watching, "political correctness is a plague on western civilisation!" types, and he misread that as a jab at right-wingers in general, and not just the 'I saw Tucker Carlson say it, so it must be true!' lot.

Probably should have made that a bit clearer (my bad!) - and my main point was just more 'I'm not exactly expecting Tom Lehrer-quality satire, but gawd is the writing in GTAO these days swinging at the easy ones... '. Maybe it'll be funnier in context - we'll see...
