These two are NPC models, you can see the driver has Johhny The Mechanic's head model.

That's just a visual bug with the depth-of-field.

 

It's an NPC Ruiner.

More I look at it, the more the Speedo Custom looks like a van version of the Weaponised Tampa:

That's an old haircut, it's from the "I'm not a hipster" DLC. I use it on my character.

Actually the ruiner has t tops you can't do anything with....I must be thinking of the other one the phoenix or whatever, I know one you can remove the targa tops off..

Same Jester Classic as SSASSS, but with some liveries thrown on, because that's all that counts as 'fixing' it, apparently.

 

And this is why the likes of MrRoss making video after video saying "it needs to be a Benny's car" didn't help - because it needed a lot more than just that...

I was actually amazed first time I saw it. It looked like they'd just grabbed it from a last gen game, it is so boxy...

 

Ahhhhh and the Ruiner has to SPAWN either hard top, glass Targa tops, or no Targa tops. So it is possible to have one with a mostly open roof! pretty dumb you can't change it at the w/shop

The Phoenix I know you can have T tops on. As for targa, I'm not really sure. The only two that comes to mind for me are the Carbonizzare and the Coquette Classic.

still thinking that the truck scene with the jesters is a tony/dj mission (started via the main comuter in the club) and not a I/E sale.

 

unless they decided to add new dlc cars to be able to be exported but i don't see that happening.

 

i'm getting a feeling that we won't be able to sell more cars/crates etc alone but just be able to sell all the different cargo from 1 location (the club). 

the custom trucks seem to be nothing more then the usual weaponized vehicles we always got in recent updates instead of being sale vehicles.

 

if so then the storage area will be a waste of money for me and i won't buy it.

That's just it, isn't it? It's such a cheap, flimsy-looking model - meanwhile, I've been playing an actual last-gen game (Mafia II, from 2010), and even though the resolution and vehicle poly counts aren't on a par with GTA V, the sculpts still did a lot better in terms of panel lines, fine detail, realistic proportions, etc.:

Oh my god, if we'll be able to use a Van Tampa for cargo deliveries, that's gonna be MIND BLOWING. I mean, Weaponized Tampa is my favorite Weaponized Vehicle, because i'm the Heists grinder guy.
