It has that "orange stripe" (that's red btw). Globe Oil livery.

It is the Comet Safari. The livery is has on is Globe Oil livery.

Looks like either a regular comet or the slightly newer one they released recently. You can see part of the taillight top left rear.

i would not wory so much about the lack of new items in the trailer.

 

they just wanted to show the dj's and tony since that's how rockstar spend most of the budget for the update.

 

plus they might also show twitter pics,so maybe they wanted  to show the new cars,clothes,maybe even weapons in those pics,allowing the trailer to be focused on the new and returning characters.

Dude, come on, this is 2018, years earlier in GTA 4 the dude already called himself Gay Tony, why would he refrain years later? Specially being in LA (LS) where I would suppose there is a very dense gay community? I dunno, sounds like bad writing to me, weak humor at least.

Nope. Globe Oil livery Comet Safari. Also has the tube sidesteps if you go forward a bit.

The armored van to the right is probably the Speedo Custom that was leaked. Side mirrors and the rear remain the same.
