so either that truck scene with the jester's is a mission/mini heist or it is rockstar's way to show that you will be able to sell multible cars alone.

 

both would be great,but the fact that there are only jester's chasing the truck could mean that it is a mission for tony. 

or it is just npc's chasing you with jester's instead of kuruma's.

Yeah, I'm guessing the majority of expenses will be filling up personal garages, which can be done at your own pace. The rest of the stuff I would guess wouldn't be too bad.
