It's not a "leaked" car list. It's the list from the GTA Expert video, where he's speculated about most possible, or most desired cars of the DLC. Some pricks just stolen his list and started to spread it as a leak.

Aren't we getting a heavy NShark and Revolter for week 5 and 350k for next week? It would make sense for them to release it with the cash bonus and tell people very aggressively about what is coming free, but who knows.

If the do kill the SSASSS handling flags with this next update, which vehicles suddenly become legitimate racing choices?

 

The Flash GT is already very good off-road, so I'm assuming that becomes very strong. Broughy seemed to indicate that the Tyrant would become a very strong Super, although still not able to match the Vagner. 

 

Would the Dominator GTX suddenly become competitive in the Muscle class? From memory the Yosemite, Pisswasser Dominator, and Sabre Turbo Custom are at the top of that class and very closely matched.

Hey remember all the broken cars from our last update? We fixed them, but righy after we released a bunch of new -and more than likely- better cars.

Thats what I'm thinking. They will probably fix that with the next dlc after this one. Or they will dripfeed it just like they did with the creator upgrade. Hopefully I'm wrong tho.

the Sabre Turbo Custom is a good car in the Muscle class? i knew that getting the Sabre Turbo all those years ago back when money vans still existed in online and keeping it forever was a good idea.

that special something is that feeling of analyzation as you watch the trailer for the 10th time this hour and tell all of your friends the little things you noticed. i did that with the Finance And Felony update's trailer. it's the best feeling you can get from a big multiplayer game like GTA Online.

The Jester Classic would become the Pariah of Sports Classics. Super f*cking overpowered and the best car in pretty much every situation.

The Dominator GTX would become the Elegy RH8 of Muscles. It actually drives like a sports car in terms of handling and traction, so it would dominate any track that isn't >75% long straights.

The Tyrant would be super f*cking overpowered. From sheer numbers alone, without the flags, it would already be objectively superior to the Vagner, but when I removed the flags from the handling files and took it out for a spin I realized how f*cking overpowered it actually is because of these things that you can't predictably interpret from numbers alone.

The Flash GT would be one of the most competitive sports cars, it would probably beat the Pariah in the most technical tracks.

As we said already, R* is f*cked up with update and fixin' it ASAP. They wanted to release it on 17th obviously, but something gone wrong. So QAbeta doesn't really mean anything, of course they would work hard to release it on 24th.
As i said a dozen of times, update released on 31th of July can't be declared as "Released on July, as we promiced". BUT, if they f*cked up REALLY badly and they need a time to 31th, and they know it, i guess it's safe to them to release trailer today/tomorrow, with "Comming 31th of July"
