Next DLC Speculation Thread (Part 6)

I discovered something which might lead to some Nightclub DLC information. If we don't get any information tomorrow, I'll be listening to Pete Tong on BBC Radio. A production runner called Tom Riste-Smith commented on one of Black Madonna's tweets. She was talking about how she has no information to share about the upcoming DLC. Tom commented "Listen to Pete Tong on Friday.. Might be some info.. :p".  Pete Tong is one of the BBC Radio DJ's, specialising in classic house, club music, Ibiza dance tracks, and so on. I also know that Pete Tong and Rob Da Bank work on the Forza Horizon soundtracks, which feature a lot of nightclub-esque music on their tracklist. I think we'll be seeing information tomorrow in the form of a trailer, but we also might get to hear some of the music on Friday. I'll be sure to listen out for you all if I catch the stream.

On Topic:

 

The optimistic side of me says we will see a trailer tomorrow that ends with them officially announcing the DLC is coming on the 24th. Then that is followed by periodic screenshots of different vehicles and other stuff Friday and Monday.

 

The pessimistic (and probably more realistic) side of me says we will just get the release date announcement tomorrow with a few screenshots mixed in over the next couple of days. 

 

Either way I'll be happy. The update is 6 days away. Anything we get between now and Tuesday is icing on the cake for me.

"Own a nightclub, businesses can't get raided" could be it, but I don't think that's enough by itself. That could be part of the deal but there's more to it.

This is exactly what I'm thinking will happen. I speculated about this a few weeks ago.

 

I too think we will see them add the storage for the Pounder, Mule etc. to the Nightclub complex. Though I agree it's not crazy to think they may add a different property all together for us to buy.

 

I also think it could work like facilities where there are certain reserved spots for the larger vehicles and maybe a handful of spots for regular sized vehicles. That would at least give the people in need of more garage space some added spots.

It's good to be back... I e been dying to talk about the last newswire and how much it hints towards nightclubs next week. It the first time we saw this "80's light screen" each time they showed a vehicle. 

I'm guessing tomorrow we will get a trailer, Friday at the latest.

Should there be a dancing mini-game, I wonder if competing in that and hitting a high score will positively impact your business.. perhaps make the crowd go wild, bring in more punters, spend more money etc? I'm probably reaching with that one though!

It's not impossible. In a previous Newswire R* mentioned 

 

"World class talent have announced their upcoming residencies in Los Santos and fans will soon be packing out clubs and warehouses across town"

 

Also they did that with the two different Clubhouse interior styles.

Never hear of Pete tong, but that's cool if its becomes reality. As far as asking the Djs, I think that is fine.. questions dont seem to "harrasing" and isnt social media meant for communicating..
