Im thinking its going to be something like when the Hermes was added. Pretty sure you only got it for free if the player signed in a week before iirc and then it was available on Christmas. Probably the same for this. Almost like a voucher for a heavy discount too those on the GL. But only redeemable when its finally released.

I speculate the Swinger (SA Windsor) and Staffy won't be the only classics we get, also keenly betting on Comet and Bullet Classics and maybe even a Gauntlet Classic. All of those are fairly safe guesses, but what I would die for would be a Stinger Retro/Stinger VC/Stinger Daytona..

I’d assume there’s still some hope for a 17th release date because if they did plan a 17th release date which it looks like they did they planned these discounts at the same time so if people are losing hope because of the discounts I’d disagree

You had to log in on Christmas day only to get the Hermes free.

That I can't remember. I think it was released Christmas Day, because I logged on to get it and I'm sure if it released before I'd have just bought it at full price.

 

But it was already in the game waiting for it's tunable to be turned on. I'm fairly sure we've never had vouchers for anything not currently in the game.

I could care less if the update comes on the 17th or 24th. It's the difference of 7 days. We know it will be one of those two days.

 

However, I do care if the idiots at Rockstar don't give us any more regular garage space. All that's confirmed so far is garage space for the new special plus sized vehicles like the Pounder custom and Patriot Stretch. If we don't get regular garage space in this update then the update will be trash. Plain and simple.

I think you are correct. And it wouldnt be hard to just mark those players who are on the guest list to have the discounts where as if players are not they will not be shown. Kinda like how if a player bought a Criminal Starter pack. Which only shows free vehicles, weapons and properties to those who purchased it.

Yes. Very simular. Now the only question being is how long til the vehicles are released via Dripfeed.

Only 3 different camps (17th, 24th or 31st). I personally guess tomorrow, but 24th is a good second.

Anyway, it's quite obvious that we will get bunch of Classic cars, outside of Swinger and Stafford (if it is indeed a classic car). Thankfully the classics are selling although I fear we might end up burned out with them, just like a lot of people are with supers. Hopefully we will get bunch of muscles as well, because we recently got 4 in really "short" period. My money is on new Gauntlet and Classic version, Comet Classic, because it's long overdue and Bullet Classic, but older Ferraris and Lamborghinis would be also lovely. Also EB110 so I can put them next to the Penetrator and GP1 and complete this unholy Trinity.

As highly unlikely as August is, anything is possible, esp with R*. According to Yan the update should have come towards the end of June originally, but was delayed. So this marks at least the 2nd *internal* delay that we know of.
