ye that's the thing, he posted it at a time where it could be 24 hours or 24th of july, either way we'll know soon enough, not too bothered about the release date imo as long as it's decent quality

I think R* might has written "Check back in the next week for guest list etc" referred to 17th week while they plan to release tomorrow. They release the update and you get guest list benefits too. And then the 24th they will continue with the guest list.

i've heard his name before, but more in a looking-though-the-game-files-and-findig-stuff context. has he been reliable regarding actual leaks?
the fact that he used #nightclubs lead me to believe that he hasn't any insight, which is why I tend to believe that he means 24th of July rather than hours

Mybe they tried or are trying to release it at 17th, and thats why we got no release date, because they dont know if they can make it. And thats why we got no info about the next guest list rewards, like we got the 2 weeks before.
