if boat dlc happens and it won't have the real vortex i will be legitimately triggered.

 

it's possible to make a vortex with the current state of the game (though it's a bit hacky and not properly a hovercraft). there's no excuse for a team of professional devs to be unable to make one, and even code in extra features to make it more polished/realistic
