They say a lot of things that don't come true mate. They likely made the guest list text before the update was delayed.

 

But you are certainly correct, they could also just make a new guest list reward week and insert it in the gap.

Keep seeing people say the 17th is likely because of the json files, but it's simply untrue. They can move those guest list reward weeks to whenever they please, they aren't tied to specific dates.

They literally informed the player base this week to check back next week for their next rewards. I guess you could say they lied about it and can skip next week, but I think that's very unlikely.

 

They'd be far more likely to just change the guest list rewards if they've had to delay the DLC by a week (as suggested by some people).

Remember the few days where GTAO was completely unplayable? They didn't change the event week back then, or did anything new. I get the feeling that's what is causing the delay to the 24th July.

 

But im probably wrong they can do whatever they want anyway.

They can change both. Why 80/20 and not 50/50 with no reason?

Discounts on helicopters means there's some terrifying helicopter waiting to be released. Avenger in helicopter form maybe. Can hold a Chernobog in the back - useful to go off radar, land and take it out when a jet's after you.

I think they they took that Avenger glitch (ability to store couple crates) and turned that in to a feature with Custom Pounder. So why not aircraft version as well am I right? New MOC and new Avenger.

But personally Im hoping for AirWolf or Custom Buzzard. Especially if Yusuf is coming back. He loves expensive toys.

Still hoping for Benny's lvl of customization for aircrafts. Custom interiors, custom body parts and all that.

Heck yes. Yusuf is who I want to party with.

 

Time will tell who our contact for Nightclubs will be. I do hope R* let's us edit our phone further....I don't need a taxi or strippers on speed dial.... except for that one time.

I'm not a fan of Rockstar but in this case, they did not do anything wrong. They said July, July will be, even 31th. 

The fact that the you guys has no patience is something else.

 

I have the impression that I'm the only one who's relaxed and waiting here.

 

There is actually a good thing if the update come later. A short time of drip feed.

 

For you guys, the waiting kill the hype, for me, the drip feed kill every DLC.

We've had no new info for a week.

 

People are panicking because they're under the impression its impossible for R* to release an update without an announcement because apparently a teaser did nothing for hype many are violently frothing at the anus for. 

 

People in their tinfoil hat mode of over analyzing everything convinced themselves the 24th is more likely. And somehow in the past 8 hours convinced themselves its delayed till august.

 

We damn well know they said in July and theyll release it unfinished if need be because they don't want a "soon" 2.0
