Same - it just looks like a neat concept Roller (bit like having the '60s Barris Batmobile), and the gadgets wouldn't need to be much beyond those seen on the JB 700 in single-player, aside from the retractable hydrofoils*...

 

 

 

*those would be quite cool - the car floats on water, and then they extend from the underside. Imagine a Stromberg, but just with a central machine gun, and it operates like a boat, not a submarine. Wouldn't be the most absurd/overpowered thing in GTAO these days, all things considered...
