I'm looking at Fun2's retweet of someone receiving the guest list bonuses. If we get the 300k today, a thursday, then maybe its the lead up to DLC the 10th?

 

This retweet confirms you are on the guest list, wouldn't you want to know that few days before the DLC?

I speculate that he's still a little butthurt because people gave him a little sh*t from one of the times he didn't have everything 100% correct (he had it 85-90% correct or something tho)...

I've "defended" him in the past and also mentioned that he either should say something worthwhile or just don't say anything at all but other people would've been banned for a troll post like that

I wouldn't say anything if it was only the numbers but adding "good luck finding that one out" makes it nothing more than trolling imo

I am with you on this, I was on his side last year when I saw how he got some unjustified hate for the riddles, I also had no issue with him saying hey I don't want to leak anymore.

But that post from yesterday? That is some trolling, but the joke is on anyone who is still trying to figure out what some random negative number means.

 

I sure hope we get some info from Rockstar so this random nonsense about that random number stops in this thread.

I'm not one for riddles. I believe if something is known, it should be disclosed directly or at least hinted in a way where the message is somewhat clear. Giving us a random number doesn't give us a clear hint at all and leaves way to many possibilities. People want information. We were given a teaser trailer but because of Rockstars incompetence, the hype is dying due to lack of details. People are growing impatient, and the riddles fuel that impatience in my opinion.

It's not about the riddle or the number in my opinion, it's the "good luck figuring this one out LOL" that is just so messed up, we want info about the update so you drop some vague random number and you are having a laugh about it too?

I know what you mean. The silence from Rockstar themselves is frustrating as it is. Very vague hints don't help and add to everyone's frustration, and honestly, it leaves a lot more questions than answers. 

 

If hints are to be told, it should be something vague but to the point. For example, something along the lines of "you know what time I wake up every day? 7:17. It's such an odd time". Something vague and to the point like that would be perfect in my opinion.

If you think about it, the teaser only said July. They seem to not have a solid release date yet.

If they knew they were close to finishing the DLC we would get a date, what if they don't know when it will be finished and the ballpark month is July? At anytime

he has been correct most of the times but the "success" realy got to his head.

Rockstar F*ggot was the best leaker ever. He was an ex employee who went rogue. You can check all of his posts on Fireboards and 4chan. Those were the days. Now we get childish riddles and davinci codes.

Straight forward and to the point leaks are by far the most hype inducing. Not confusing hints/riddles. If Rockstar weren't so secretive, this honestly wouldn't even be a problem and leaks likely would not be necessary.

well tbh the leaks should not be THAT big. no reason to risk legal problems for us,but atleast be less vague or admit that you can't say anything.

 

i'm sure yan could say more then that number (if he knows anything to begin with) without getting into trouble,a guy like him should know how far he can go.

I'm pretty sure he got fired. Possibly that was the reason why he leaked stuff in the first place? Who knows..
But I don't think he can't tell us anything more since he doesn't work there anymore.

tbh i don't know if even rockstar knows a release date at this point, we don't exactly know how far they've developed the update, and if they give us a release day it'll have to be right on time which might make the update end up rushed, so I guess it's just something that's made to avoid rushed buggy updates (they do still come out buggy but probably much better than what they could be)
