The modern day equivalent would be like blending a Lexus LFA with a Nissan 370z. Just... idk theyd be better as two separate cars. The blend is so odd that the front of the 190z has a black bumper and the rear has chrome.

Yeah those chrome/black bumpers are really annoying. But anyway I also think the car is fine. Better than a lot of cars actually IMO

Imo It's not that much of a long shot, I can see it happening especially in this party/nightclub themed update.

I think the go-kart is kind of overdue IMO. It kind of feels like we should've gotten it yesterday. And again, we had at least two updates that the go-kart would've been perfect to throw in.

It's overdue. The blimp in online is overdue as well. And honestly, with the nightclub update, would make sense to finally add it in. Could be used for advertising.

 

Edit: But maybe a custom version where you can go inside it and have a balcony on it. Could be a fun toy to use as well as using it for missions.

I'm more 'meh' about the lack of a chrome front bumper, and the too 'high-end' interior with all the wood panels - it's the Rapid GT Classic interior, which isn't a perfect fit for the 2000GT, and certainly isn't the same as the more 'no-nonsense' interior of the real-life Fairlady.

 

Still think that, in an ideal world, the better choice would have been 240Z front, C110 Skyline rear (with an interior based on either), but eh, the 190z still works nicely overall - it's merely 'really rather good', where it could have been 'truly great'.

Cars like the FMJ aren't ugly because of the mashup, it's ugly because the Vulcan is ugly. 

 

True enough about the Vulcan, but it's still a weird hodge-podge of two different-looking, entirely-unrelated cars, aside from both being 'modern supercars'. Didn't even try to blend the two together - whoever 'designed' it just cut the front off the Vulcan, the back off the GT, and then slapped the two halves together... :blink:

And on top of that, it's another cheap-looking sculpt, with no hemming, panel lines, abrupt/sharp edges - I'd bet good money it's the work of that particular vehicle artist yet again...

Well, if you guys think about it, we did get high-end supers and sports cars included with updates that were about giving us new weaponized vehicles and new businesses where we used said vehicles to deliver our stuff, so hypothetically speaking why shouldn't we expect an update about night clubs giving us a tiny-ass racing vehicle as well?

Just like every other update there will likely be a huge assortment of vehicles. If there is one thing Rockstar has gotten right in the past year, it's the vehicle variety. I expect this update will be more of the same, and that is the only reason I am excited for Nightclubs.

Yes there is actually. I live in NJ and around livingston they they have a club that has go kart, bars and ertc.

Moving on, I hope that none of the vehicles have these absolutely awful advanced handling flags, and I hope they get removed from the vehicles that currently have em.

Yea they had that too alongside a swimming pool. Oh and and an arcade/casino.

If Rockstar still doesn’t fix the wallbreaches that Deluxosh*tters use to this day, I’ll just straight up delete this game for real.

 

They would prove they care about decorating the game with literally flashy content more than its quality.

Well seeing as most of those wall breaches have been in the game since launch, I'd say it's unlikely.

I've just came across the following text here 

 

"Exclusive discounts on forthcoming vehicles like the powerful MTL Pounder Custom – a highly customizable asset for your lucrative business deliveries"

 

And it made me think the selling part of the businesses are being changed as well by this next dlc...

 

Maybe we can store a top range vehicle in it for Import-Export, maybe multiple baggers (or a PostOP van) for MC businesses or even better: maybe they let us to transfer the product into the Pounder without the vehicles at all and deliver everything at once...

 

What do you guys think?

Also, people were talking about Karts a bit ago....are there such things as Nightclubs with karting tracks irl? That would be legit.

There are things similar to Nightclubs with karting tracks. I've been to an indoor kart track that turns the lights down, turns up music, blacklights/lasers/strobe lights on, etc late at night. They even turn the food court area on the second floor into a dance floor/bar that overlooks the track. It's similar to how bowling alleys have cosmic bowling hours.

 

Oh, and the indoor kart track was built inside of a former distribution warehouse building.

Why would you want to put much faster super or sports car in a much slower truck? I mean, I guess that it can give an extra armor against the griefers, but unless the Pounder Custom is as strong as MOC I don't think it will be worth it to do so... unless you can store two or more cars, that would definitely be really helpful.

Knowing R*? Its gonna be something bad like

"pay 75k to replace postOP vans with your Pounder Custom just for this one delivery"
or maybe
"pay 500k to upgrade armor in your delivery vehicle"

Eh there are still some variety problems imo albeit smaller than before. They still seem to ignore a lot of brands (Obey or Enus), body styles (SUVs and convertibles) and hopefully nightclubs fixes that. I think we're due for a new suv, even if its so quick its sports class, as well as a functional convertible and maybe a newer Audi.

That's kinda what I think the overall vibe will be - although maybe not quite things like the Baggers.

 

What I'm thinking might happen at best is the option for modular truck beds, with different ones to suit different business needs - for instance, a car transporter for making import/export stuff easier, or various different interior configurations to suit different types of cargo. Or maybe just something to ferry supplies back and forth to your club - or VIP quarters on wheels, ideal for any celebrities you might have visiting.

 

Obviously that'd mean having to spend several (hundred!) thousand dollars every time you swap between options, just like MOC modules - I imagine that in the long run, it'd be better to pick whichever suits your needs/tastes the most, and settle on that, rather than constantly swapping things out.

 

 

...or it'll just be a regular Pounder, but with LSC options (paint, armour, performance upgrades), and the ability to slap your business/club name on the side. :p

Sounds very good. Too good to be true, honestly. Selling missions (as well as some supplying ones) are heavily predefined, giving you the option to use a truck all the time will kill the original purpose, I guess.

 

I see the Pounder Custom used in either:

 

-Nightclub errans exclusively (in case that becomes a thing).

-Backup for your missions (in case it's weaponized and you have at least one guy working with you).

Aww, and there was me thinking of a Thunderbird 2-style overhead carousel where you could drop different modules on the back of your Pounder depending on the mission at hand 😋

 

As long as it has some EL-wire in a similar style to the Space Docker (maybe with optional headlight colours too) then I'd fling money at it. Maybe...

Of course they are! Some of the coolest cars in the game imo ... except for the mess that is the ItaliGTB. 😜

 

What I was trying to say is just because the Swinger was an E-Type in GTA London doesn't guarantee it'll be in GTAO. I cited those 4 cars specifically because none of them returned to GTAO as the cars they were in GTA I.

 

- The Bestia GTS was a MkII Viper GTS. Technically it was a Beast GTS, but Bestia is Spanish for Beast. Close enough imo.

 

- The Mamba was a MkI Viper RT10.

 

- The Penetrator was a Porsche 911 Turbo.

 

- The ItaliGTB was a Ferrari 348GTB, R* trolled us big time with this one lol.

 

 

The Stallion is the only car I can think of that remained consisted throughout all 3 universes, branding misshapen notwithstanding.
