Doesn't that sounds like:
login between july 3-10 = 100k
login between  july 10-17 = 100k
login between july 17-24 = 150k and unique liveries 

soo DLC drops on july 24th maybe?

The dlc would have to drop already for the liveries to come lol as the cars theyre on are part of it.

Indeed, the update have to be out for the livery to be available (as a part of the DLC) so dlc before the 17th (speculation here.) but, still, my bet on the 10th or the 17th. and maybe more info today (some screenshot?) and a trailer at the end of the week.)

^ Nope, you can still unlock something that isn't in the game yet. You will just get it after the dlc drops (obviously)

Just like you can unlock that golden revolver for RDR2 even tho RDR2 isn't out yet.

The newswire did say that we'll get rewards later in July, along with discounts on the forecoming vehicles, which strongly implies that the DLC may come next week? Just a candle of hope.

It wouldnt make sense tbh. They need to release it by the 17th imo. All of the comments on their instagram where they were advertising the guest list big time implied that people are losing interest and they are lol. Making them play for some reward that doesnt come til 3 weeks later just doesnt seem smart. Us big gta fans can wait but not regular gamers

I'm not expecting nothing today except for some Independence day stuff.  But, maybe you guys will get lucky with your Jester and they'll do double rp on some dawn raid.  I'm not a big fan of the AMs, but I did really like that one.

What have I missed about the Jester, from what I've seen most on here get their panties in a twist every Tues it's not out.  Its not like R* couldn't have fixed any issues with it, if that is indeed what they're doing with it anyways. 

 

And, if dawn raid isn't released on independence day event, some other AM will, might as well be a decent one.

One group wants the Jester Classic, other group doesn't want it cause its broken, unfinished and it looks bad. And R* can't fix all of those issues without updating the game first. 
So people are basically waiting for a new better model with liveries and all that.
