Despite my love for rusted buckets, i never was a fan of Mad Max. I sure hope for post-apoc looking vehicles would appear in GTAO, but without unnecessary cosmetics such as skulls, banners and flamethrowers. Well, actually i wouldn't mind flamethrowers, fire damage is still a joke in this game.
Also im down for some motorcycles again. Don't want them to be super fast (NRG bug won't work in GTAV anyway), but heavily customizable.

Ya I kinda want to see some of these new electric motorcycles. Hell Harley Davidson is even putting out an electric bike. This Lightning bike seems pretty cool

@Classique, Really, they'd wind up looking more akin to buses or "stages," since the bodystyle and ride height are a bit unconventional for typical limousine conversion. Then again, you've already got a bed to work with, and the rear wall could be repurposed as the partition. Put an example image in the spoiler below, as well as one of a "stage." Sure, they're both 60s instead of 40s, but the idea is the same.

Is it possible to use the in-game radio via the Launcher ? Anyone on PC ?

I'm asking because the new Socialclub app will feature a radio list like the one in-game.

if they are modifying the launcher im wondering... why? Why now after all those years?
So we can choose between GTAOnline and RDROnline?  
Or like the launcher for GTA IV DLCs?
Maybe a huge dlc that upgrades the map? (We know they had plans for 3 massive SP DLCs. Rumors said that they would change the  map quite significantly) 

It would be nice to have different servers. "gtao - vanilla" / "gtao - doomsday meme server" / "gtaonline - off radar"

You can't. But that's good addition, if it means that terrible loading song will disappear... Why not use the "Welcome to Los Santos" or "We Were Set Up" or something more fitting.

I would be down for that, if a 'Los Santos - modded' option was available. E.G. you can use smaller texture mods, or player hosted RP servers, without the need of separate framework

I think there is quite a bit of stuff happening in the shadows for RDR2. I imagine Socialclub will get revamped completely. Wouldn't be surprised if stuff like the launcher/Qabeta3 had to do with RDR2.

I would be surprised if they didn't overhaul quite a lot of social club related things over the next couple years. For those of us dim enough to buy a SC key of GTAV, I cant even verify my damn files without fighting the sh*tty launcher. If it worked something like EA's Origin launcher, that would be an excellent QoL change tbh

Classique: as Carimbo pointed out, the joke is that we still haven't gotten the Lost Slamvan period..  Man, the F-40 limo had me cackling like a sped, holy sh*t.. that is legitimately laugh out loud funny!

Sorry guys, but what?! There's nothing wrong with the loading screen music! For a loading screen it's infinitely better than any of those you mentioned. In my humble opinion of course. Granted, I don't like when I hear it for 15 minutes without the game starting, but that's not the music's fault.
