@Mach1bud I think that is a fantastic prediction for what vehicles will come next, and not just because I want pretty much everything on that list. And I'm actually surprised at how many rally cars we've gotten lately. I just need a Kuruma rally car and maybe a French one like the Renault 5 Turbo or the Peugeot 205, and I'll be set for a while. 

 

@IceDree Holy mother of god do we need more SUV's. Remember everyone, the last SUV we got was 2 years ago, and it wasn't an actual SUV; it was a Toyota Tundra pick-up...

Hopefully a Winchester, or any sort of lever-action repeater.

 

Which leads me into wondering if we'd get any new weapons with this update. Bikers had some TLaD weapons, so perhaps we'll see the return of the AA-12? Or maybe if they continue the trend of Mk. II weapons the Auto Shotty will get an upgrade to be more akin to the TBoGT version. Some melee weapons would be nice as well.

All this leads me to believe this will be one of the biggest, if not the biggest updates we have ever gotten in terms of buyable content (cars, clothes, properties, weapons, etc.). 

 

I would count on quite a few Super class cars, as well as quite a few Sports Classics. I think Rockstar has realized those are the power classes that move microtransactions (hopefully Ellie sold a few too lol). Speed sells and nostalgia sells. 

 

Vehicles I would not be a bit suprised to see..

I'm hoping the treasure this time around will be a lever action rifle since we have such a lack of semi auto rifles in online

it could come next tuesday along with the yearly independence content, but ill very likely drop on the 10th

 

hell maybe tomorrow they announce the release day, like they did with doomsdays that was announced just 4-5 days prior to the release

I cant wait to see the vehicles we are going to get, I hope I can return to Bennys with this. Since 2016 we haven't received any Benny vehicles and I hope it changes with this update. Highly customizable vehicles fit perfectly in the nightclub scene so i'd say its very possible.

but why? aside from hydrolics donk and bennys unique tires they added all the other options in as standard to most cars that came after bennys. and aside from the original bennys cars any car added to benny's has had to trade performance for mod options. id like to see more benny's style mods but not the bennys upgrad paywall or overpriced mods.

If R* added the Benny wheels, hydraulics, interior customization at LS Customs then I wouldn't care as much for Bennys. But since those mods are exclusive to his garage is the only reason I want it back. I would love to put hydraulics on my Emperor and thick white walls on my Hermes but cant sadly unless R* adds absolutely everything exclusive from his garage to LS Customs. I highly doubt they would do that so I just fall back on more Benny cars but I hope I'm wrong and they end up adding everything to LSC.

I'd like to think so, snow at the very least. My gut says Savanna for a Christmas gift. Zelnick said there was more updates coming and I'd like to think R* would at least give notice that they were going to stop. If this trailer doesnt say "final dlc" then I say yes.

Well obviously I don't mean final but I just mean with RDR2 coming at the end of October, another big GTAO update so soon after? I figure they'd be more focused on RDO and all that....

GTA will always be their favorite child. It makes them the most money. Bet the house on a update in December.

So here's a question, some weeks ago when R* accidentally posted the wrong tunables, we got hashes for unreleased vehicles, but people couldn't figure out what most of them were.

 

Now that we know the names Swinger and Pounder Custom, do those match any of the hashes?

i think we all agree that GTA Online turned from a simple multiplayer in 2013, to a ( how EA likes to call it) "Live Service" in 2018

People don’t realize that has no bearing on GTA Online though. Not everyone who buys GTA buys RDR. I know I will buy it, but RDR has a MUCH smaller fanbase. I’ve already asked 3 of my closest friends who I play GTA with all the time and not one is buying RDR2.

 

My point is they won’t skip the annual December update just because RDR2 Online is new. If anything they will provide updates for both games.

Two weeks after RDR2 hits is the max they'll wait tbh. Any longer would be just foolish imo.

RDR2 will be their first game since GTAV five years ago. Even though they have separate fan bases Rockstar wouldn't release a big update for GTAO so SOON after their new game comes out, sure they'll support both games but they're obviously going to give RDR2 and RDO some time to shine since they'll be Rockstar's thing for the last months of the year. I'm sure they'll start updating GTAO again by early next year when RDR2 and RDO have settled down. They have to give us something for GTAO in December though, I I just don't think it'll be big as normal December updates. Hence why I think we're getting such a large update next month to make up for that. I wouldn't even be surprised if there's festive surprise content in the next update's drip feed, that's how BIG I think it will be.

Only on one console of two, PS has bullsh*t 1 month exclusivity.

That's another reasoning for me thinking we'll have something in December. R* would only be getting RDO cash from PS fans.... instead of 3 different platforms
