Next DLC Speculation Thread (Part 6)

Do you think we would have some kind of interaction with these new DJs?

Like missions or.. create playlists for our club? (Like the Captain to set the destinations for the yacht "spawn point")

I don't think they will create 4-5 new detailed characters just to see them tap some discs and buttons..

 

Surely (if he's there) Gay Tony will introduce us in this new "business" with the classic cutscene, but them?

If it will be combined with hidden warehouses so what will happen with famous West Bahama Mamas? It can't be untouched with the next dlc, IMO.

My guess is that Bahama Mamas West and many other established clubs will be left untouched. If they'll let you name your own club, it would be weird if it has the Bahama Mamas West facade. Even if they modify the facade to plaster your club's name outside, you'd have several people in the lobby owning that exact same club with different names.

 

What I see happening is warehouses on the outskirts of the city going on sale, like on La Mesa, Cypress Flats, Murrieta Heights, La Puerta, the airport, etc. I wouldn't rule out more expensive and better looking locales on the city like Vinewood, Del Perro Beach, Burton and Rockford.

 

I also think the club won't be as the stripclub. If you have two players owning the same place, the locales need to be enclosed so both players can access their own club.

I think it's pretty simple really, and basically what was explained before.

 

Our characters will own warehouse like nightclubs, non-descript locales where a nightclub could exist. Exactly the same as the biker clubhouses.

 

Bahama Mama's will be open to the public, exactly like the Vanilla Unicorn stripclub. Think of it similar to how Maisonette 9 and Hercules worked in TBoGT. With all the mini-games and events open to everyone, that can also be customized into your own warehouse club. (Maybe there will be exclusive things to do between the two, as to give the player a reason to visit both and own a club, but who knows) Maybe they'll open up Cockatoo's or another one of the other clubs as well to compliment Bahama Mamas West. Tequil-la-la could open, although it exists as a mission spot so probably not. Split Sides West's interior is still present in the game, but unused. Although that one is a load interior.

 

Of course we still don't know how 'owning' clubs will work, but given the track record its not hard to guess.

 

Edit: I want to add I personally doubt we'll get more than Bahama Mamas West opening up publicly. It exists already in the game, an interior locked behind the doors, all the promotional material for this update and scenes from the trailer show floor designs and areas inside the already existing Bahama Mamas. Easy to piece together.

I expect the Elvis Presley,s pink Cadillac Eldorado. It suits the DLC but since its luxury....{i dont think they add him}

Some sports classics. But then again wouldn't be surprised if R* releases more supers.

id like some Tempesta level supers maybe. 720s, 488, something that isnt over the top and the typical super most people hate.

 

Looking back at tbogt tho id like some luxury cars too. New maybachs, rolls, the new cullinan would be nice.

Well if the recent selection of vehicles is anything to go by, I’m going to be happy.

 

I was originally hoping for the addition of the Jaguar E-Type, and it looks like I’ve got my wish. I’m also hoping for my favourite car to be added, the Ford Capri Mk3. With the recent trend of classic British Fords and Rally cars being added into the game, I’m starting to think that it’s pretty likely. Aside from that, I’m happy with a bit of everything. A few sports cars (Mazda RX7, Nissan Silvia S15, Audi RS6), classics (Volkswagen Kharman Ghia, Renault Alpine A110, Ford GT40), muscles (Ford Gran Torino, Plymouth Superbird), and the occasional super (Zenvo ST1, Koenigsegg Regera, Mclaren Senna).

 

But honestly, I expect to see an updated Obey 9F, and a normal Pfister Comet Classic.

Rockstar could pull a pricey one and release a Maybach Exelero parody. They could easily charge a hefty price over three million for that one.

I've been awaiting a 'Classic BF' for awhile, would love to see that.

 

I also am curious to see some more IV cars, or branches there-of. The Super Diamond doesn't get enough love, and would be cool to see the Super Drop Diamond from TBoGT. Or even just a new variant of the Super Diamond.

mmm since this update is about clubs and dancing, its a nice chance for R* to add new actions, being a while since they last added some of those.

 

also, if they release another trailer, i expect the jester to appear on it... maybe a shot of a character arriving to a club.

I want a BMW X6 M, a Range Rover SVDynamic, a Rolls Royce Ghost & a Rolls Royce Cullinan.

 

 I'm expecting the usual: Sports Cars, Sports Classics & Supers ... We might get Muscles & SUVs if we're really lucky.

The BMW's a good idea, and one (X3?) was available as a mod back in GTA III.

I have said this a long time ago, but I believe they are going to try to "go out with a bang" for the last update before RDR2. Now, I'm not saying updates are stopping, I mean it's pretty certain that we are about to have a break from updates until December. I think they are really gonna go all out in order to raise the player count, Shark Card sales, and push RDR2 advertising through GTAO. 

 

All this leads me to believe this will be one of the biggest, if not the biggest updates we have ever gotten in terms of buyable content (cars, clothes, properties, weapons, etc.). 

 

I would count on quite a few Super class cars, as well as quite a few Sports Classics. I think Rockstar has realized those are the power classes that move microtransactions (hopefully Ellie sold a few too lol). Speed sells and nostalgia sells. 

 

Vehicles I would not be a bit suprised to see..

Jester Classic (remade version)

ZR350

Bullet Classic

Comet Classic

BF Injection Classic

Euros

Gang Slamvan

More vintage rally cars.

Some Lowriders (Savana?)

More cars with auto air suspension.

Odd ball supercars (electric?)

Turismo (IV)

Super Drop Diamond or similar.

I'd say yes, a month break of no content for RDR 2. Then Mansions come out in December for some cash card purchases. GTA is their main money maker, I doubt they'd skip a December update. It just might be old school "Everything at once" so they don't distract from Red Dead's Online DLC whenever those come out

I'm almost looking the most forward to the next RDR2 treasure hunt they promised us. I'm very curious to see if it's added with this update, this being the last major DLC before RDR2 and all.
